Episode 16 - The Innerstanding of Rico Zulkarnain
This was an interview-format episode with Professional Futsal player, Rico Zulkarnain. Rico has a broad and vast futsal resume after only having been playing the sport for five years. He is part of the Welsh National team and has played with clubs all across the world, ranging from Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, France and right now he is transitioning to Major Arena Soccer in Orlando, USA.  Rico has also played and partaken in many grand showcases and events across the world, played against and with the world's best futsal players and scored goals that have gone viral on social media. Besides that, he is one of the most humble, kind-hearted and insightful people that I have met. He has a one-of-a-kind mindset and brings us some great tips and secrets to his success.  For the first, but not last time... Rico Zulkarnain.  Enjoy the episode fam!  ------ We chose to collaborate with Raised Spirit in this episode, they are an Organic CBD company based in the UK. We have agreed on a competition giveaway to one of their products, and will post all the details on social media soon. Episode 15 - The Impact of Our Environment
In this episode, we discuss the importance of our environment, both internal and external. The internal environment being our self-talk, which can be brought into conscious awareness and developed in a positive light. A lot of us, including ourselves walk around with shame, guilt and judgements on ourselves, as a result of made up stories and external information. There can definitely be a myriad of factors, but we stuck to what we knew and also played with some interesting perspectives. Furthermore, the external environment is our workplace, friends, family, sports team, and so forth. People and situations that you are interacting with on a regular basis shape who you are. This can be very difficult to navigate in, as we often fall into people-pleasing tendencies and losing ourselves trying to be something we are not in different circumstances. It can also be something that affects our internal environment deeply, and becomes subconscious processes that we are not really aware of. In other words, our current interactions with the external can be a result of our external programming as children, which has developed our internal present and is our code of conduct, often without us even giving it a second thought.  It was a really fun discussion this time around, and we hope you'll enjoy it too.  Much love ya'll and happy 2019.

Episode 14 - Everything is Temporary
In this episode we discuss something that we believe guide our decision-making, behaviours and beliefs in a lot of ways today. We discussed how temporary our current states are, moods if you will. The feelings and emotions that we have are often the guidelines or frameworks for how we make decisions and act.  It is seen all the time, relationship issues and disagreements at a workplace is usually inflicted by some temporary feeling or emotion that could have been better managed or altered. It also goes for rewarding ourselves after having positive experiences, which can push us to 'celebrate' or rewards ourselves in all the wrong, irresponsible ways.  It is a wide ranging conversation where we cover a lot of our own experiences and what we have seen in society, although we lack expertise, it is something we believe is universal and that a lot of people can relate to.  Happy Primecast fam!

Episode 13 - Diets, Our own experience on Diets, and How we Currently Eat
We cover a lot about Diets, how many there are and the religious approach we seem to have on WHAT is RIGHT and WHAT is WRONG as it pertains to food... We also delve into our experience on many of these diets, as experimenters, although many not being for extended periods of time. This is a really thick topic that is difficult to break down in a short hour's time, but we had a great well-rounded conversation that we think can bring you some positives. You also get an inside to common food allergies and the ones we possess, how that affects our food choices and nutrition. Enjoy the primecast fam! Peace and love.

Episode 12 - Christoffer Forsell, A Professional Footballer's Journey
In this episode we bring on Christoffer Forsell. Christoffer is a childhood friend of mine and Kim's. We grew up in the same neighbourhood, south of Stockholm, went to the same school, played for the same football club and knew of each other really well. Christoffer was always supremely talented and naturally gifted as an athlete, not only did he have six pack abs in the first grade, he was the fastest kid in school and seemed to have a natural ability to control the ball in difficult ways at his feet. Like many friends in our circle, he was deemed to have a great football career ahead of him, but unlike most people with those expectations and labels, Christoffer is still pursuing his childhood dream. He is pursuing this childhood dream, despite all the distractions, setbacks and politics that exist within his chosen dream, and tells us many stories and lessons thus far in his career. We couldn't be happier to have him on Primetime Insights and have him give us some of the behind the scenes to his journey thus far and we are certain you will learn a lot from his insights. Enjoy this Primecast fam!

A great conversation overall, where we really got into a good flow and taught ourselves about the topic of Stress as we were discussing. Enjoy fam!

Episode 10 - How Values Guide Our Life
We talk bout Values and Morals in this episode. We were definitely no experts on this topic and it was hard to get a good flow in the conversation as we tried to distinguish Values and the Universal principles/Morals that we have in society. After a while we started sharing our own experiences and how values work in our own lives, both subconsciously and consciously, which might be insightful to you all. Tune in and enjoy fam! All of us have been very busy and struggle getting together to plan for the future, but one thing is certain - we love to podcast and creating an environment for these conversations so we will maintain it. We talk about Holistic Health as Steph starts his degree through the CHEK Institute, going really deep into how to change yourself for the better and making an impact with your life. He has learnt a lot over the past couple of weeks and some key takeaways has come from the powerful conversations we have had on the podcast. Emil has been really busy recently too and couldn't join us on this episode, but he shall be back for our next one. Much love fam, Take it all in!

Episode 6 - Our Own Drug Experiences
In this episode, we open up about our individual experiences with drugs. Anything from recreational drugs, such as alcohol, tobacco and ecstasy to psychedelics. A full on episode where we all got vulnerable and shared a lot of our experiences, not to mention the weirdness of psychedelics, which a lot of people will have a hard time relating too. However, we gave it as real as we could and it was also the longest episode to date. Hope you guys enjoy it, and please give us some feedback to help us improve or talk about a preferred topic! Episode 5 Addictions, Technology and Social Media.
In this episode we talk about addictions, by first breaking down our different definition on the topic and then sharing our individual experiences with it. One of the things we have realised is that people are not as inclined to view a healthy behaviour as an addiction; this can be anything from eating healthy to exercising. These things can play on our mental health in a way that eventually leads to negative effects and that is what happens when the tools are using us, in other words.. Addiction. The discussion moves into our digital media and the information age we are in; where we are constantly exposed to information on our phones and social media. We talk about our own experiences with it and how the culture has evolved and adapted through this media. It was a great episode and we are progression more in our skills and manner of conversing! Let us know what you thought through our social media, subscribe to our podcast on your preferred platform and stay tuned for more content! Love you guys, peace!

Episode 4 - Overdoing Habits, and Introductions
In this episode we discussed how habits are implemented and how lost we can get in our habits, by overdoing them and losing our intention. By overdoing actions without awareness, we lose the present moment and get into a state of auto-pilot which can have negative affects where we do not enjoy and feel the benefits of implementing positive habits. Furthermore, we discussed how to introduce ourselves to people and ask questions that allow us to know people beyond the judgements and labels that we are often inclined to put on them. As usual, let us know what you think. We have some exciting news coming for you soon too! Much love fam

Episode 3 - Fasting, Relationship to Food, New Team Member
In this episode we get Emil Attar on board to discuss the topic of Fasting, which trickles down to a deep dive into food, our relationship with food on a mental and emotional level, and also how these things translate into a broader holistic aspect of life. We cover a lot of things, Emil is experienced with extended fasts and I think you will find a lot of his experiences intriguing and inspiring, definitely beyond the realm of where my imagination has gone, and really proving that the human body is a powerful vehicle with the right mindset and intentions. We also decided to have Emil on board as a regular team member at Primetime Insights and we have a lot of exciting things to be announced and produced in the future. As always, we hope you enjoyed the episode and don't forget to tag us in your stories when you listen - leave reviews with feedback, follow us on social media to stay up to date with the latest. Episode 2 - Passion and Purpose with Jobs, Burning Out, Importance of Perspective.
In this episode we start talking about the importance of Passion in the workplace - finding a job that you are passionate about or bringing passion to your workplace. We also tied in the importance of purpose, if you are not enjoying your job it might not be the most responsible thing to just quit without a plan, as working often has a purpose, which can be the more important driving factor, above passion. Moreover, we talk about the work culture today and how 'burning out' from working to hard has become a thing - this goes for any industry and a lot of times we overrule our bodies natural responses that are telling us what we NEED to do. Also touching on how important the perspective is, tying it back to passion and how you are in charge and have a choice of how you want to show up. If we make PASSION and PURPOSE into a verb it becomes easier to do, and putting these things into practice can help us create a sustainable way of showing up with these traits. They will not be the answer for every situation, but definitely valuable tools to have in the arsenal. Hope you enjoy this episode! Don't forget to subscribe to the podcast, leave a review and comment with feedbacks and topics that you would like us to talk about! Much love fam!
