Ep 591 – Supplements For Preparedness? And A Common Sense Firearm Tip(7-11-2014)…
Adult Language Used In This Recording - That Will Be All...
Show Summary:
On today's show I will discuss why living off of food with no nutritional value is similar to military personal living off of MREs in the field. The difference? Military personal generally do not have a choose when i comes to field rations, but the average American does. This is why supplements could be needed when food with no nutritional value is the only option. Also, we will discuss a common sense firearm tip for travelers to different states.

Apologies on the sound quality, still working on it
Living off of stock food staples with no nutritional value could cause problems later on - the trouble now is that the population of the United States is probably nutritional deprived because of our modern MRE American diet - putting us in an even worse situation going into a collapse scenario
Common sense firearm tip - be careful if traveling to another state while carrying a firearm - one state can be firearm friendly, but that may not be the case the next state over - the same goes for municipalities as well
Prep Tip For The Day:
If traveling on vacation, no mater how unlikely, make sure that you have some type of alternative plan to get back in case of an emergency and leave a contingency plan with family, friends, neighbors, preparedness groups, or community watches covering issues like immediate family, property and other important considerations that is important to you in case you cannot get back to your home while on vacation
