The House Democrats are not going to impeach President Trump because impeaching him would pass the issue to the Republican-controlled Senate and end the Dems' ability to collect oppo research for on Trump.

The great paradox Democrats face right now is the fact that Joe Biden is the only candidate ideologically suited to beat Trump, and the only candidate that won't do damage down the ballot, but that's all he has going for him.
