He also goes on to share a story of a new client who has been working with another gym & supplement store in town for 5 years, and while she was in good health, she felt like she had plateaued. He was shocked to learn that in the last 5 years she hadn’t been told the things that he tells clients during their first meeting, and in less than a month she has had drastic results when adapting to his plan.
