It’s more than usual for the boys this week, as Nox branches out to creative crafting survival games and Fox gets serious with Team Fight Tactics. The world's largest gaming conference deserves Player Input’s longest episode. We literally run out of time recapping just the highlights of E3. We dive into some of the most hype moments, the lowest of lows, and of course discuss games we can’t wait to get our hands on.

Stadia kicks off the E3 pre-week hype with its “Stadia Connect” conference. After discussing the even, Nox and Fox turn their eyes to next week which holds much more exciting news for gamers as companies ramp up for E3!

There are new titles releases every single day in the gaming industry, and it is becoming increasingly difficult for games to retain the players they have from jumping the boat. This week we talk about player retention strategies that have worked, haven’t worked and everything in between.

These days it’s not just about whether or not games have good graphics, but modern game development now allows the liberty to style the art of the game. Whether it’s pixel art, cell shading, photo-realism or something unique the aesthetic of the game plays a role in its players’ interaction.

Nowadays, it seems like every release is a “revisit” of an original title being redone in some way. The boys dig into the good and the bad of remasters, remakes, and reboots of old games.

VR Gaming! Is it a fad? Is it the future? Nox and Fox discuss their experience with VR gaming and of course wacky news that is out and about as well!

Epic Games has crossed the line! We talk about their acquisition of Psyonix and the complaints Bioware and Epic devs have about poor development processes. All this and more on the show!

It’s hard to envision Nox and Fox cooperating, but they found themselves coming together to overcome the heat of the kitchen in Overcooked 2. Teamwork continues as they dive into the ways games implement achievement/challenges into their games.

Nox takes his hand to modding, while Fox enjoys the industrial revolution. The topic that catches their attention? The future of gaming, will it really be as simple as cloud consoles streaming the games right to our devices???

There are some new games on the horizon, so we introduce the Player Inputs Watchlist Rating System. Starting with the Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order announcement impressions. We also jump in on the discussion of accessibility options in games, as the Sekiro sparked debate is rearing on social media.

Nox actually attempted a No-death Sekiro run, meanwhile Fox prepped for speedrunning it. There was also an eccentric challenge in Rocket League for $3000 worth of items Nox dug into, while Fox was diving into Outward. The two wrap up the episode with a discussion of some of the intricacies in the speedrunning underworld of gaming.

Fox got his wish with a timely Sekiro release, and Nox continues to navigate the world of being a parent gamer. This week the two hosts discuss the free to play video game model, with it’s pros and cons, and games that do well and others that aren’t so well.

It's been a little bit, but now Fox and Nox are back in action. This episode celebrates Nox’s new family addition, and how it has adjusted his gaming lifestyle. Meanwhile Fox has had his hand hovering over new releases with his impressions on things like The Division 2, Satisfactory, and more!

Fox finally gives in to give Anthem a shot, and shares his informed impressions. Nox gets pretty hype for the new Pokemon announcement. And the two dive into a discussion about the modern trend of LGBTQ+ representation in video games.

Marlfox is a busy boy and has dipped into both Metro Exodus and Anthem this week. Nox asks questions to an expert about Video Game QA process. Also the two look back on games they loved that flew a little under the rader as they suggest their favorite hidden gems from their gaming careers. Titles that include Ittle Dew, Ori and the Blind Forest, and Orwell!

It’s like all game studios intentionally tried to find one random week to release all of their games! We look towards the 5 major releases all happening within 2 days and discuss some of the big announcements at Nintendo Direct!

Some games have aggro releases, others go the stealth route. Well this week we got hit out of nowhere with the Apex Legends launch, a cool new title that we review. That and a discussion of what we think is the recipe for a great game and more!

Fox’s long awaited Kingdom Hearts III release is finally here so we pull him from the screen for recording to hear how it's treating him so far. We also discover Nox’s dirty Mario Party antics and talk about platform exclusives and new console rumors.
