I have BIG NEWS coming your way... | PA25
Spring is a time for reflection on our lives and how far we've truly come. I can't believe that I'm 25 episodes into this show. It's been such a pleasure to look back and talk about all the episodes I enjoyed most with you guys. Today's episode marks the end of season 1, and we dive into a season-style show with so much juiciness and intention. JUST FOR YOU! See you guys in a couple of weeks.·       REFLECTING: Taking the time and space to step back and allow ourselves to see how far we've come.·       HATS: We wear so many hats in our lives (i.e., mom, business owner, wife, sister, etc.) Life's about honoring all the hats we wear and giving them each the tie and pace they deserve. ·       FOOD TEMPLATES: What foods you'll need to incorporate into your regimen to build out well balanced, nutrient-dense meals for yourself and your family ·       ACCEPTANCE: How to accept what life dealt you and how to move through challenging times·       SPINNING IN CIRCLES: It takes just as much energy to stay in any lousy relationship (food, significant other, friends, etc) as it does to leave it ·       ACCEPTING WHAT IS: Learning, owning, and accepting that your child might be "different" is essential to allow yourself to lean into. ·        GET LOST: It's easy to fall victim to getting stuck in your head in stories and problems. Remembering to step back and be the observer looking in at yourself can help pull you out. ·       WE ARE HUMAN: We make mistakes, have hard times, and get stuck in our stories. It's easy to forget we're not robots. About the Host: Melanie is a nutritionist, life and health coach. Who’s uberly passionate about all things mindset, nutrition, and wellness.
