Martin Clermont, Eng., M.SC.Env., B. Tec.h Mec. is founder and CEO of Will Solutions. For more than 30 years, he has been involved in setting up and carrying out several major and innovative projects in the sustainable development sector, in Canada and around the world as a consultant and then as an entrepreneur. Mr. Clermont has, at the same time, carried out various mandates for the Basel Convention Secretariat in some 20 countries in Europe, Africa, Latin America and China. Since 2007, he is actively involved in carbon markets. He designed and led the development of a GHG emission reduction aggregation methodology for small emitters until it was accepted by the VCS certification program.
