So, the golden rule is treat your customers the way you want to be treated as a customer. Better still, treat them the way they want to be treated...with respect, honor and dignity. They are important!

Time really is limited. We ought to identify the things that bring us joy and create time to do these things; and ensure that nothing steal these moments from us. This will make our lives more enjoyable, and us better people
