Viktor struggles to piece together his friend's memories on a black sand beach in the Dream World. Before he can finish, his work is interrupted.

Viktor travels to the base of the Cenotaph. There he meditates, opening himself to a sea of thought and memory—the traces of the inhabitants of Vaskania Prime who came to stand there before him.

Viktor meets another dreamer and sets off towards the Cenotaph. On his way, he fends off an attack.

Viktor enters the Dream World from the surface of Vaskania Prime and gets his bearings.

Viktor enters the untethered ward of the hospital in Darklight City. There he finds his friend, Owen, in his current unresponsive state, and prepares to enter the Dream World.

Viktor Goto, the Renouncer of Oneiri Station, returns to the surface of his home world, Vaskania Prime.
