We all battle with our thoughts at times. Some are not so good. We doubt ourselves at times. We battle with rejection, pain, revenge even. They turn into deep negative thoughts that if we're not too careful it can carry us on a downward spiral and consume us. Let me tell you just by acknowledging that it happens is the first step to overcoming those negative thoughts.

Can you relate when you someone gives you weird ass energy?

Do you know any strong women in your life? I know and knew a lot, my mother was one. Now I am a woman myself I have to be the type of woman my son would respect and look up to. Not only that but with all the things a woman has to go through she still manages to keep your keep up and keep smiling even when she doesn’t feel like it.

Why do people get mad when you say you’re just doing you right now. It doesn’t mean you care less it just means you’re getting yourself right; whether it’s mentally, physically or emotionally.

Aren’t you fed up of Anxiety? I know a lot of us feel exactly like this sometimes. This bitch doesn’t care about anyone.
