Hello!  And welcome to Season 2, Episode 6 of our Path of Presence Podcast, available at:  www.PathofPresence.com/podcastOur theme for this season is all about the journey of presence - of being present to the process of entrepreneurship - of building a business, and of living a thriving, balanced and integrated life.Last week, we talked about tapping into vision - to go beneath the everyday stuff of thinking, doing and acting, and to simply immerse ourselves in stillness - To be better informed about what our souls’ mission is. What we are doing here in this lifetime, what we are here to do.On the journey of life and business, and our chosen profession - our livelihood - there are no accidents.  Knowingly or not, You are either choosing your experiences, or it is choosing you!(All of us) We are each on a very special journey - a sacred path - if you will, to do what we need to do here on Earth. To understand why our souls are here and eventually, integrate and assess what the purpose of life is.    Okay - that s big topic - I’ll save that for another day! Today - I want to talk about the wisdom within us that we can tap into to help us take the right and appropriate next steps on our journey - whether we are talking about building an online business, social media planning or creating an online course. The question here is this: when we feel stuck - how do we know What to do next?...I’ll share w/you what my resource is  ... it (actually) is an inner refugee If I pay attention, if I get really still and tune in to my inner voice, my higher self, I will hear the wisdom guiding me to take next steps. And sometimes, getting still is not the easiest thing in the world!Sometimes, Our Inner Child is Really Like a ChildThose of us who have babies, or who have had babies (toddlers) we can easily relate to what it’s like to try and get a toddler still. On many occasions that’s what I’ve need to do for myself. Having to get myself to sit still - even for a moment, and to breathe, and feel the air on my skin. The beating of my heart.I became 1st aware of this voice in my late teens and for the greater part of a decade,  “I doubted my intuition, and at times, went against my gut feeling, opting for what seemed logical and intelligent and what makes total sense over the inner compass of that still small voice.” And like a good teenager - I tested it - I defied it - I went the other way - just to experiment, see and provide to myself that this inner voice has any merit.I doubted my intuition, and at times, went against my gut feeling, opting for what seemed logical and intelligent and what makes total sense over the inner compass of that still small voice. As you’re listening to this, can you relate? Have you ever been rebellious like I have?Have you experienced yourself going in the total opposite direction that you KNEW you should have gone?Or may be you’ve had experiences where you’ve abided - and you’re glad you did!  Maybe you were on a drive somewhere and you’re not quite sure where you are going, or which direction to go.  And you come to a stop.  You look left, and then right, and then left again ...  and suddenly, something tells you to turn rightYou then you make 2 lefts, passing the house with the red roof and all of a sudden, despite not knowing where you’re going, You are exactly where you need to be.You have somehow stumbled on to what you were looking for - because you tapped into your keen sense of direction (which if you heard last weeks podcast (Season 2, Episode 5) you would know there is actually a scientific name for that!)Just like driving, life guides - our inner knowing - our awareness of being - our keen human senses - This part of our subtle, energetic intuitive body - guides us, as though there is a GPS inside us, giving us direction in life.  And what we need to do is to get in tune with that inner genius, inner GPS, the wisdom within (all of us) and listen....Okay - So then, what happens if we shut that piece of ourselves down?  If we continue to disconnect the inner voice and refuse to listen to it? And pretend it not there? Maybe then we distract ourselves by engaging in something completely different - something loud and exciting and new simply because we haven’t figured it out we don’t understand what’s happening through us. Well - things may not go as smoothly for us.  Our experience of feeling lost, disconnected and removed is the result of not tuning in to the voice within, our inner wisdom, which is the best highest authority - spirit within. And you know what the crazy thing is? Some of us have grown up being told that what we thought didn’t matter or what we did was silly or stupid or in someway, someone said something or did something or gave us a look that invalidated the idea that the wisdom we need resides within us.So I’m here to affirm with you that Your inner guide is your best authority. That’s the affirmation:  My inner guide is my best authority  “My inner guide is my best authority ” — Affirmation of the day ***********So this episode is about being spirit led.Let me ask you this?  In all that you do, what is leading you?For a moment, let’s talk reality, not just about TruthLet’s get real...and tangible.Let’s not talk about inner wisdom, let’s talk about life - and the physical outer expression.Well, so I’ll use myself as an example - in this lifetime,  I’m a mother of 2 children, and I’ve been blissfully married for about a dozen years. The 1st and foremost priority on my heart are my children - which means I’ve got to be the best mom I can be to serve them (and whatever that looks like depending on my values). Many of the women that I work with are also moms so you can relate. And then, in serving my family, I am building a business, with services and products that create value for you.  This podcast that you’re listening to is one of the many wonderful things that come out of the creativity of building a business that will serve the people with whom I do business. And then, in my expression of being, it is also important to me that what I do is to support others in their inner journey of whatever their paths might entail.  In others words, my work after my children and creating value for others is that I support those who want my help to live in alignment and true to their souls’s path.  That is my path to integration.  This is the message I get from my inner best authority - to serve my children,. To create value and to support others in to live an integrated life. This 3 guiding priorities is what leads me , what motivates me and what I’m all about. So dear one, what about you, friend?  What leads you?  How does spirit guide you in the priorities that you have set for your life? So… Do an exercise with me. Because that’s pretty major question right?  Asking how spirit is guiding you?So whatever you are doing right now stop.Do this with me just for a few moments. If you’re in a crowded room, or sitting on the subway train simply close your eyes. If you’re driving do not close your eyes and just listen and create a field open awareness. Sometimes stepping into a greater awareness is a simple decision being willing to be open and receptive to what is.We’re doing this right now because there’s no better time than the present. Sometimes, the answers are right there on the cusp of our consciousness and all we need to do is to be present to them. It doesn’t require hours and hours of thinking about it, it simply is and because are so close to it, we may not know it’s even there. Kind a like that old cliché about seeing the forest from the trees and the trees from the forest.  You may be standing just so close to the tree that you’re not realizing that you are already in the forest ... so here we go.Take a breath, Close your eyes (If you’re driving keep your eyes open and alert on the road and simply open your consciousness as if you could)Take another deep breath Relax your shouldersCome into presence. With simply your awareness,Identify where you areWho is around you what you were doing before you close your eyes or before you consciously opened your awareness.Allow your life as it is, to flash before your eyes.Who is important to you that’s popping up?Think about the last 5 years (if you’re listening to this program in 2017 when it airs) you’d go back to 2012.  So from 2012 - 2017, give me one word (or 2, no more than 3) that best describes the story you lived in those 5 years.Fast forward d to right here, right now:  What are you up to today so important?  What is your goal for today?Take a breath, release your shoulders - stay stay relaxed.  If you feel tense 😬 r right anywhere, breath into it. Out of the images & th

Hello!  And welcome to Season 2, Episode 5 of our Path of Presence Podcast, available at:  www.PathofPresence.com/podcastOur theme for this season is all about the journey of presence - of being present to the process of entrepreneurship - of building a business, and of living a thriving, balanced and integrated life. The key to fully living is to be mindful.  Now, the word mindful has become a mainstream word. ... and that’s really awesome. But, what does being mindful mean? How do we practice that art & science of living mindfully, each and every day of our lives, embracing all that life has to offer? Embrace?  Yup.., that’s what I said: Embrace! To open our big loving arms and energy and, whatever it is that’s in front of us, we invite it forward to let it be. Living fully is a practice of mindful awareness, moment to moment. We become conscious of how our thoughts inform our actions in the moment and how our actions inform our thoughts. The awareness of what’s going on for us internally creates a choice of action and therefore, paved way for us to not simply go about on autopilot, but to consider each moment as a moment into itself.  We can choose over and over again, consciously, from our higher functioning brain to live more integrated, productive lives.Guess what?  Being mindful precisely opposes being mindless, right!?Well, we have all heard, overheard, have shared with others how we mindlessly unloaded the groceries or fed the dog, or stuffed our meal down because we were in a hurry to get from one place to another. To be mindful in of big things in life, we practice with the seemingly small, everyday things in life:Unloading groceries, feeding the dog and consuming our meal With great awareness of every apple we put away...With great awareness of every crunch that we hear as we lovingly mix the dog food...   “Mindfulness allows us to integrate the experience of living without being rushed from one place to another, hurrying from one activity to another.” — Evelyn Foreman With great awareness of savoring every flavor, we taste from our life-giving meal.Mindfulness allows us to integrate the experience of living without being rushed from one place to another, hurrying from one activity to another. We literally, become present to our lives.  When we become aware and in the moment, our gratitude grows.  We appreciate the wonder before us.Rather than fear, or pain avoidance, we become curious to every moment allowing us a front row experience of the gift we call our life!If you find yourself hurried these days, and want more sanity in your life, consider slowing down and practice mindfulness.Okay, so previous episodes in this season addresses some of the most challenging issues of being an entrepreneur:  focus, organization and critical self-judgement.  If you missed episodes 1-4, go back and download them and have a listen. Pathofpresence.com/podcast So at the heart of all entrepreneurs is creativity - it is our source for zeal, drive and at the source of creativity is imagination!  Imagination allows us a direct link to visioning - seeing beyond the now to what we want to create, So that we become fully aware of what ours is to do, Thereby, giving us a glimpse of our own potential and the possibility of who we are And knowing that it is all within our reach.VisionSo for a moment, let’s consider the word vision. What do you think of when I say vision?I think about being 15 years old and being told I need glasses to focus and see.  Oh gosh, as a insecure teenager, last thing I want to sport is a pair of cheeky glasses.  So in my vanity, I quickly decided right then & there that I am a contact lens wearer!!!  And for anyone who wears contacts, you’ll probably remember that getting used to having plastic over your eyeballs is a journey in itself, right?  Okay, I digress ...  The short definition of vision is to see: the ability to see.Clearly, from my story, I needed help physically seeing, and putting into focus what was before me...I like to think that my vision is bad so that rather than focusing on just the purely physical, my sight can turn inward. I can be laser focused to see my inner visionWhat we [the popular mainstream] consider vision is a sort of goal planning.  “Visioning is about bringing up to light, to surface, to our waking conscious that which is important and particular to us.  We are essentially uncovering a piece of us that, for whatever reason, we have hidden away for long ” However, rather than allowing the head to calculate and dictate the dates to which we assign things due, we create smart goals by tuning in to our best inner resource and authority - the voice within.Visioning is about bringing up to light, to surface, to our waking conscious that which is important and particular to us.  We are essentially uncovering a piece of us that, for whatever reason, we have hidden away for long - even to ourselves, because at one point or another, someone along our path told us it’s not okay.  And so we tucked it away, hiding it from ourselves and the rest of the world, our deepest desire, and potential. It is from a parasympathetic state of mind, relaxed and at ease, that we do our visioning.  We never want to do so while we are stressed out or under pressure to make plans and take action. So when we tap into this deeper part of our consciousness, we are in a relaxed state.  We get away from our survivalist mind and flight, fight or freeze frame of mind and into a state of deep relaxation.  From this parasympathetic relaxed state - thoroughly relaxed - body mind and spirit  - that we can call up, from the deepest place within ourselves what we see for ourselves as Possibility. In this relaxed state, we are not in our calculating, thinking, logical brains, but in a more balanced homeostasis, an open state of awareness where we use all of human senses, including our intuition and extrasensory perception to receive information not available through the traditional 5 senses of sight, hearing, touch, smell, and taste. And in case you are wondering what those others senses are - well, human beings have 5 additional senses that's not talked about, unless you are a scientist. Here they are: nociception (pain); equilibrioception (balance); proprioception and kinaesthesia (joint motion and acceleration); the sense of time; thermoception (temperature differences); and possibly an additional weak magnetoception (direction)Ha!  A sense of direction - folks - is a real thing - Who knew?So in the process of visioning - to call ourselves out - to living up to our full potential We employ all of our resources, to tap into our soul’s purpose. How Do We Tap Into Our Soul's Purpose? We begin with deep relaxationIn a meditative, parasympathetic state, of mindful awareness - taking long deep breathes, without any threat, and releasing our guard to the fight, flee or freeze, response, we become open and available to Utilize our senses - all of our senses - to perceive in a multi-dimensional way -  the life we are here to live. So rather than coming up with strategy or scheme, we allow our knowing to inform us of the direction we are to take with our business, with our relationships, with our lives…Simply by tuning in to our best inner authority.  Some may call this the still small voice.Various cultures have different names for this: The Christ presence, the Buddha nature, The Light within usWhen we say Namaste or namaskar - We are saying essentially - "The Light within me honors The Light within you."Th point is - This light, Christ/Buddha nature is inherent in all human beingsPerhaps it is the indomitable human spirit! The soul of our beingness that transcends time and space, outlives our physical death. It is the observer - the consciousness of the person. And it is through mindful awareness that one can tap into the wisdom that is inherent in all of us.And no one can tell you not to listen to your inner voice. You, and only you know your own inner authority. The more you practice being in the presence of stillness, the more connected you become to this soul of your being. And to live by vision, not only are we allowing our soul to inform us of the direction we are to take with our life, we are also putting our faith in the inner guide that has come to help us live up to our potential. So, if you are interested in stepping your life up a notch or two - or interested in a quantum change in how you go about conducting your business and your day to day practice - I invite you to simply listen. “Allow your soul to be your guide and vision to lead your every step.” — Evelyn Foreman Listen to the voice within you - that is the best au

Hello !  And welcome to Season 2, Episode 4 of our Path of Presence Podcast, available at:  www.PathofPresence.com/podcastOur theme for this season is all about the journey of presence - of being present to the process of entrepreneurship - of building a business, and of living a thriving, balanced and integrated life.Last week’s episode is about getting focused. We’ve all heard the saying:  “There is a time and a place for everything.”This week, we’re looking at putting everything in its right and perfect bucket.  I want to give some direction as to how to get out of feeling overwhelmed (If that where you are) and how to get organized so that there is calm in the order. So I find the best way from to achieve calm while in overwhelm is to simply take a breath. Let's do this together, shall we?  Release your breathe and let all the air out of your body temple.  Exhale. And together, we inhale….hold at the top of the inhale for 3 seconds, and then exhale super slow.Do that again, at your own pace and I’ll talk through why this practice of breath is really a science. Holding the breath at the top of the inhale provides a window of time, and space for oxygen exchange. “Slowing down our breath also allows us to slow down our thoughts.” — Evelyn Foreman So rather than the rapid fire of fight or flight, we are easing into the possibility of our parasympathetic system, allowing the relaxation relaxation and higher functioning to activate. When we are in our fight or flight response, we are essentially acting from our reptilian brain, (and remember that reptiles often eat their own young for survival!).Taking a breath interrupts our pattern, helps us to come back to ourselves, and the relaxation response creates a way for our neurons to access our higher thinking functions, rather than being zapped to act on impulse.Okay - so enough of that explanation - by now, you should have taken 3 long deep breathes and hopefully are open and receptive to today’s topic of putting things in their proper buckets to conquer stress and overwhelm. There are 5 essentially buckets that you can put into systems: Marketing (and I would put sales into this category)Client (Management, service, and retention)Products (Inventory. service, program, ebook, songs, art pieces) Administrative (operations, research, emails, newsletters, website, analysts, etc)Financial (anything that has to do with income versus expenses)Take this list of 5 items and put all things you are worried about that are on your lists, your lists of list, all that is rattling in your head, all the creative ideas and solutions that come (conversations, reading, what you see online) and put the item of interest under one of these buckets…Seeing this list from a perspective will help you regain sanity and order, giving you an organized way to see what is on your heart - a visual of what needs to be done and a way to prioritize what is important.Over the next three weeks - we’ll be talking about getting what's on your heart (and in your heart) in alignment and balance of what you are here to do, and to do so in a way that is congruent with who you are as a person and as a soul.Next week - we’ll take about vision and do some guided visioning right here on our podcast to help you gain clarity as to which direction you might want to take your business.Following that, we’ll talk about the ideas of being spirit led and hearted centered…and I can’t wait! Alright - that’s it for today, folks! Thanks for joining me today - It is a privilege and a pleasure to be part of your sacred journey.  This is Evelyn foreman with Path of Presence, sending you good jujus and see you on the next episode! What do you do when you feel overwhelmed?  How do you get organzied?  Share your tips and approach with us so we can learn from you too! Hello !  And welcome to Season 2, Episode 3 of our Path of Presence Podcast, available at:  www.PathofPresence.com/podcastOur theme for this season is all about the journey of presence - of being present to the process of entrepreneurship - of building a business, and of living a thriving, balanced and integrated life.Today’s podcast is about a 5 letter word that baffles us all- F-O-C-U-S:  Focus!!Staying focus is a challenge for creative beings.  If we are channels of creativity, staying focus requires us to by choice narrow down our open and available readiness. We are effectively choosing to isolate and manage and channel our creative ju-jus into one focal point. If we are able to balance our enthusiasm with our laser focus. Even or 10 - 15 minutes at a time, we may get our projects done in record time, after all.The challenge of being a brilliant entrepreneur and living with ADD (diagnosed or not) is to select an appropriate choice and stick with it through completion. So that I’m not being cryptic and continuing to talk in code, I am specifically referring to those of us who are lifetime students.  We take a class because we want to learn something, but then, we take another, and another to build our educational foundation. All the while, we forget or simply do not produce because we are too distracted to create.  And even when we create, we do not finish our projects because we are off to the next shiny thing. How do we slay distraction that feeds our creativity and inquisitive natures? There really is no easy way to say this but to turn it off.  Like at the computer that is cushy tup in processing, we might consider turning it off.  And then, leaving it off for some time so that we do not get distracted.Conscientiously turning your attention off to courses offered, freebies proceeds, the next great webinar or anything else is like turning your phone off.  Having a dedicated space to start and complete a project is HUGE creativity and productivity so long as you do not allow yourself to be constantly distracted. We might tell ourselves that we do not have enough information to get started, and so we continually seek instruction.  The advice or coaching that we seek might be a great distraction instead of getting started and completing a project. So whats the pay off for self-distraction?Perhaps the deeper underlying cause and reasons for self-distraction is that you will never really get settled, and therefore, never have to proceed, because if you create something, and it's not successful, you might feel yourself unworthy…The underlying reason behind the action, or lack of action, in this case, might be because we are afraid to find a deeper truth that you are not ready to accept - that you might possibly success beyond your wildest dreams - and then what?  Fear of success is just as powerful, if not more so than fear of failure. So look within yourself to find the answer.  Here is an excuse to become more mindful to discover your process of uncovering what is going on within you. When you notice ourself gong from one project t another, never really completing the project, take note.Turn off whatever program you have on, and whatever program you want to go to.And then ask yourself,” What is present?”Right here, right now, ask yourself,  "what is present and coming up for me?”You might hear yourself answer the question, such responses might be:“I just don’t want to…”“I can’t…”“I’m afraid…”Why which case, to dig deeper, say t yourself, ”Tell me more…”. Feel into it without judgment or expectation, as though you are speaking ot6 the inner child.  A neutral phrase to use with yourself or others “Tell me more…” allows you room to explore whats going on…perhaps journaling int his process will help you uncover the root of whats going on for you - so much so that you are distracted by your creativity, as opposed to being helped by it.Sometimes, turning it all off is a viable option when you are overwhelmed.  Turning it off and turning inward to listen can help you get crystal clear as to what the next steps to take are.  All you would need to bro after you understand is to allow for time to temper the change in behaviors.  From going, doing and acting, we might begin to shift to being, realizing and allowing.Turning off distractions can help you become more integrated by doing less and accomplishing more. Hello!  And welcome to Season 2, Episode 2 of our Path of Presence Podcast, available at:  www.PathofPresence.com/podcastI’m Evelyn Foreman.  Our theme for this season is all about the journey of presence - of being present to the process of entrepreneurship - of building a business, and of living a thriving, balanced and integrated life.Today’s topic is a dozy- we all do it - we compare.  I think they even have a phrase for that: “Keeping up with the Jones’.”As human beings, we do that, don’t we?  We compare.Someone of us remember it all so well — as far back as our childhood when our well-meaning parents used to say, “Look at Suzi - she’s so this and that - why can’t you be more like her?”“Look at how well Such and such did on her exam.  You’ll need to work a lot harder than that to keep up!”Can you think of a few of those back-handed jabs that, though well-meaning, are like branding forks on your psyche?YUCKY, right?Whatever our past is, even if we’ve done work around comparison, we still might come face to face with the self-criticism and judgement that arises when we "mean talk" to ourselves…when we do not feel like we are enough, or up to par. This is what happens.  Let’s say Mary comes in and wants to build a business online.  She knows how to use email and is not afraid of technology.  And she’s see’s all these program out there that people are facing, and she thinks,”Wow - I can do this!!”So she starts her adventure: building, learning to building, doing and learning to do.  And then, invariably, somewhere along the line, Mary will look up and say, “Hey!! Why does my this and that not look like Jeanine's?”And then we want to be better, which is great, but then, as our human nature kicks in, we’ll start to compare how we (excuse the language here) - how "we suck" compared to Betsy, or Amy or Viona.Truth is, Mary has been doing this for 3 months, or 6 months or even a year and half. And she’s looking at Betsy or Amy or Viona’s program that has been going for 3 years or 10 years or greater….Many times, we are looking outward from ourselves, like Mary, and seeing the best and the shiniest marketing campaign and strategy of others who has polished, refined and have been doing this for a very long time.We are not privy to their struggle - we can only see the exterior, calculated packages they offer. And immediately, we discount what we have done.  We question our path, and perhaps, because we feel unfocused, we begin to wonder how and why we even got started dint he 1st place. And then, the mean girl voice appears: that inner critic within our consciousness rises up …and we are tricked into believing that is our Truth. So I’m calling this out - because this happens to most, if not all of us.  Between the left ear and the right ear is the most powerful machine there is:  our brain. We can use our brain for good: to calculate, to strategize and to enlist the workforce that is our entire consciousness.  But it can also fall prey to being the victim. Here’s the thing …Unless you were brought up by unicorns, or care bears, or even those cute little happy trolls- This voice [the mean girl voice] always seems to come through so critically because this is part voice of ego, and part voice of a race consciousness - the culture and society where we are told perhaps through modeling, parenting or media reinforcements that tell us: we’re not good enough. We look at someone’s day 5,982 and compare it to our day 36, or 158 or 3,000.  No matter how we slide it, or how much you put pressure on yourself to be absolutely amazing, you are on your own journey and they may very well be farther along on their journey. So keep that in mind - they are on their journey. And you are on YOUR journey.Rather than to compare yourself to another, keep your head down.  Do YOUR work.  Keep listening to your own inner guidance.Walk your path (not anyone else's).Let the road be paved by your footsteps and don’t be concerned about following another. Remember that you are here to do something really special - that only you can do! So gather up your resources, pull up those big girl panties and do your thing!Be present, and aware, and mindful.  Bring your WHOLE heart.  Believe in yourself and do your thing. The world totally awaits!!  So if you insist on comparing, do so - compare yourself with YOURSELF. Ask, overtime, "Is this the best I can do? Where was I a year ago?  ...6 months ago? ...Last week?"  If you have grown since, then keep going…it's the right path for you! The results will come, and rather than beating yourself up to look like anyone else, put all your effort - your whole heart - your whole being - into being yourself. Thanks for join me today - It is a privilege and a pleasure to be part of your sacred journey.  This is Evelyn Foreman with Path of Presence...sending you good jujus and see you on the next episode!

Season 2 - Episode 1Hello !  And welcome to our very 1st episode of season 2Our theme for this season is all about the journey of presence - of being present to the process of entrepreneurship - of building a business, and of living a thriving, balanced and integrated life. The operative word here is Integrated and balanced because as creative people who are never at a lack of ideas - we tend to give it our all and inevitably, burn out because of our unfiltered zeal.So how do we go about thriving, to surf the zeal that channels as us and to not simply be in the flow, but to become the flow?  Well, that’s the conversation, the deeper work of becoming present to the process, isn’t it?As entrepreneurs, we plug away in our home offices, many times, alone. and sometimes, we don’t get the acknowledgment of the IMMENSE TASK that is before us.Many of us have a product, service or program and are wanting to take it online, automate it and offer it to the worldSome of us are just beginning to decipher what want to build - as an online business - whichever you are, I want to know that you have a place here at Path of Presence. Many go about building our business as though it is war - suiting up, calling on all our resources because we know we’ll need them, and marching them onto the battlefield as though we are fighting for our lives. But, does it need to be that way?  Some of us are so scattered and unfocused that we find ourselves running around in circles - feeling incompetent and incapable.  We just want to cry - from frustration, feeling as though we are sitting in the car, in the quicksand, and it’s not turning on and we are getting nowhere quick. But, does it need to be that way?  Maybe you are running a flourishing business OFFLINE and seeing clients, but you want a better way to do things, a more efficient way - so that you are no longer trading dollars for hours - but the transition — seems to be quite monumental.  Even finding an extra hour in the day might feel impossible with your level of busy. But, does it need to be that way?  Well, I honor your journey, and I can relate … Since I got out of corporate America some 2 decades ago, I never looked back.Being an entrepreneur is awesome, and comes with it, freedom, creativity, and space to do whatever you want -  a unique set of experiences that others do not get to undergo. “The fact of the matter is, unless you are a bodhisattva and 100% altruistic, we do not write blogs to write a blog, or create products just to do so.” A true heart of an entrepreneur is that you never run out of ideas - creativity brims from the inside out - and our task really is to find a system and a method that tempers the creativity so that it has a way to go from idea to product; from concept to manifested product, service or program. To get from the brilliance of what is wanting to express, through you, to a tangible product that is self-sustaining, generates income and thus a livelihood for you.At some point, to be a sustainable business, we must also balance our altruistic endeavors - our selfless acts of service with the bottom line. This is not selfishness or being money hungry - this is reality and the truth of sacred economy - of exchange, monetarily or otherwise. So in our journey of this podcast, I decided to break it into 4 quarters a year, 12 episodes per quarter, which works out well with a week of break in between to recalibrate between seasons.Along with the journey on our path of presence, it isn’t that getting to the finish isn’t important - it IS … completion is awesome and there is nothing like it.But, going through the process of being pregnant with an idea — for a program - a book - a course - a service of some sort - getting our ducks in a row - learning how to use systems - creating a process — all that is the journey of being pregnant. Those of us who have gone through the journey or pregnancy can probably relate - there are trimesters and road bumps and challenges ahead …As we go through it, the 1st time, especially, everything is new - the content, the relationships, the process, the entire experience! And then, as we continue to undergo some more, we become familiar with the landscape and we become more integrated into our own skin.So in this season of “The Journey,” I’ll pick topics each week to address a piece of our journey - of birthing not simply our program, but ourselves in the process.Let this podcast accompany you as you go through his journey of entrepreneurship - in whichever trimester you may be. 12 - Change is Good!
Welcome to episode 12 of the 1st season of our path of presence podcast.  1st, thank you so much for your support, for tuning in and listening.  Even though this is a podcast and a one-way broadcast to communicate, I know that those who show up and listening, are supposed to.  It is not an accident that you are here and I am affirming a divine appointment for your time here. You might be listening as you are driving, or doing a house chore or out exercising.  Whichever way you tune in, I thank you for being with me on this journey.Well, It’s been a phenomenalsummer, getting organized and things in order here at Path of Presence and now that it’s mid-September — the temperature is dropping, and the kiddos are back to school -Which leaves me, as Mom of little ones (albeit it growing up quick) some space for expansion and deep listening.Do you recall a time (in your life) when it seems that everything simply clears out - all at once, and suddenly, the noise and people and places and thing that once occupied that space…are gone?Suddenly, there is a quiet solace in your life…And there is space for reflection and contemplation…This void might cause some to immediately and quickly get it filled. The busy-ness of what was is gone…what to do now?Dieting, loss, relationships, projects - almost everything in life has a progress - and business building, entrepreneurship, is no exception. Those of us who are part of AA, and Alanon, and anything anonymous, really understand this void all well, even though we might use different language to identify it.  Empty nesters are another poignant example of those who might understand the voidWhat do we do with ourselves after the children leave the house for the first time.  Or the newly retired, who seem to be busier than before retirement! It is our human nature to want to avoid the void, quickly finding a substitute for it and it takes a presence, with an intentional conscious awareness to not live on auto-pilot.You know what?  It is easy to mindlessly fill in the void with something else. The space that opens is definitely a change, and an opportunity to determine what we want to do with the space that seems to have a hole in it.When we feel this empty hole, it is simply an opportunity. It is a chance to conscientiously and intentionally call in what ours is to do.  I have come to know this void well - to come to it time and again.  In doing so, I am familiar with the path of what comes up when we are confronted with spaceHow I have gotten through it is to be still and listen.  This intentional listening is the compass that guides me on my path.  The process is not robotic, I don’t go anywhere to input the answer, no search engine, or letter to Abby (for those of us know are old enough to know who Dear Abby is).  I don’t call the physic hotline, or ask a Ouija board.Rather, I hold the intention and any questions I may have in consciousness, asking for guidance in meditation.  As I sit with the question, I release my energy around the right and perfect answer for it, keeping body, mind and spirit relaxed.  Some might call this prayer, and it very well might be.My faith comes from knowing that I am directly connected - everyone is directly connected to the infinite wisdom of the universe.  That what we need is always ever ready and available to us.Our job is to simply be open to receive this wisdom - to know what to do next - to hear its guidance and to follow as directed, keeping my ego human mind in check. It is my chosen conscious belief that as an Earthling, as a human being, that I am part and parcel of everything that exists here on Earth, and so I allow myself to tap into the positive and productive side of this universe, calling on the strength and power and knowledge - of everything that I have within me to evolve and be who I’ve come to be.So dear One - what is it that you believe?  How do you tap into the divine?  As you undergo change, what is your guiding light? As we walk together on this Path we call life, I am mindful to stay present…and in the presence of being, I am realizing that this podcast is an opportunity to help others in a way that perhaps NO ONE is doing - to enable the possibility to talk ABOUT the journey…This is the journey of entrepreneurship, of creativity, of building a lifestyle business that you can do anywhere - Which directly, in my opinion, if we are integrated, we will realize that creating a business is a reflection of our journey in life. Now, there are a million and one coaches, teachers and course creators that are showing us the “how toos”I’m sure you’ve encountered some of it - If we are, to be honest on this journey - I know that you may be enrolled in a course of some sort - and GOOD FOR YOU!  Education, and getting your bearings and understanding of the technical how pos are soooo important. In order to succeed, we must utilize all our resources to do the best we can so we can execute on what we are here to do.So I am creating space on this venue - our podcast to address the stuff that entrepreneurs encounter other than the technical “how-tos.”After the last few episodes produced on being seen, heard and understood on social media, I have come to embrace the idea that much of what is missing is the underside of the journey.Learning involves technique, yes.  It is a skill to become familiar with, competent at and to master.  However, what about the journey - and what we go through to get there…?  The inner path that we must be present to…?More than just coaching, I want to allow this podcast to be a space to explore the inner journey - to go deeper, addressing a balance of head and heart, integrating mindfully our whole self so that we are not operating from just one part of us and not the other. The theme of integration keeps coming up - over and over for me, and I’m making way for it - and sharing it with you. This is the change that is coming…So I hope that I have peaked your interest -In a couple weeks - on Oct 5th, tune in and join me!  10/5 is a new season - season 2 - the theme is about the journey and episode will be about the magnificent journey of life and business as we head into and through the fall season. Thanks for joining me today - It is a privilege and a pleasure and I’m committed to our deepening conversation to light on this podcast.  This is Evelyn Foreman with Path of Presence, sending you good jujus and see you on the next episode! 11 - BEING UNDERSTOOD: Common Self-Sabotaging Mistake #3 You Are Making on Social Media
How to Immediately and Easily Fix It & Get Better ForeverToday's episode is the last of a three part series podcast on heart-centered social media and the practice of the presence. This episode is about BEING UNDERSTOOD on Social Media, and what we commonly and mistakenly do to sabotage ourselves whether knowingly or unknowingly. The last 2 episodes are about BEING SEEN and BEING HEARD.And what we do, whether knowingly or unknowingly, that keeps us from being 1000% ourselves in social media - to be whole-heartedly and authentically You - to be the one and only - the original and inspired, guided and vision led YOU!These 3 things - being seen, being hear and being understood are core human issues...and here I am bringing this up in a podcast about social media and businessWhat does one have to do with another? Anyway??Well, I deeply believe that human beings are totally resourceful, coping and dealing with what they are confronted with in a way that gets us through our difficulties. Many of us have learned to be skillful at compartmentalizing our life -- so that our personal lives don't spill over to our professional lives. We compartment our friends, families, and most cunning of all -- ourselves.Perhaps we even behave differently around different people.  Maybe when we know we are around people who trigger us, we might have our guard up. And with those who we are totally comfortable with, we hang loose, and are more relaxed and ourselves. So here is a totally radical question for you:  What would it be like to integrate?  Rather than showing up as the personality that best fits you audience, what would it be like to show up authentically, whole hearted you in every occasion and venue of your life? Doing so requires courage and clarity and congruence!! But once you make that decision and bring everything you are - your whole self to everywhere you go - you are never withoutThis shift requires that when you show up. Remember that you are whole and complete, and have all the resources with you within you.Rather than spending your energy being different, being non compartmentalized means you are coming from a place of source and authenticity - with nothing to hide or protect.Imagine now, just for a moment: imagine what it would be like if we had no compartmentalization.  What would it be like to not have your guard up?...and to totally go about everywhere true to your highest, most noble authentic self? What would it be like to live life true to your inner calling so that your outer expression is 1000% a reflection of your inner being, in a way that fulfills your souls call? What is the motivation behind your business?  The business idea, service, program or product? Do you have clarity of your intention for your product? Is it laser focused? Are you marketing your product in a way that is special and usual as you?Or are you going about like everyone else, saying the same thing (having same marketing message) that is getting lost in the crowd? If you are not feeling understood and your product is not moving the way you hoped, it's time to step back and take a closer look at what you are doing and how you are doing to. If you do not feel understood, perhaps going back basics might serve you.The late Stephen Covey, author, in his work on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People encourages us to seek 1st to understand before being understood. So this time, perhaps identifying your ideal clients and asking them research questions may serve you well.  When asking product research questions, listen closely to what they are saying. What kinds of words do they use to talk about their problem?  What solutions are they looking for?  Where are they in their buyers journey and how might you add value to what they are going trying to achieve. Seek 1st to understand before being understood. This is the outer work - understanding what your client needsThe other part - the deeper work is for you to understand what YOU need as an expression of your work in your business - in your offering of service, product or program. So let's talk a bit about not being understood, issue # 3:When we feel others don't "get" us - or the value of what we are offeringHere are two questions for deeper reflection and self clarity:What is your vision for your business and How does your current program, product or service part of this vision? Is it foundational?  Is it advanced and complexed? Whois your ideal client?  Is your branding focused and on line with how you are expressing as a company? All these are questions to help you understand your business and the people you serve.  Along with this episode is a useful mind map to visually see the possible progression of service or course or program offerings you can output to manifest and deepen your vision. Self sabotaging mistake #3 that make on social media that keeps us from being understood is that we have not harnessed what we need .  That is, we need to have clarity and guidance and understanding within ourselves of where we are and where we are goingSo that we can focus and communicate this to the world in a way that is unique and offers value to others. The answer and correction to resolving self-sabotaging mistake #3 on social media - the fix to this problem of not feeling understoodby others - is to 1st and foremost to understand ourselves. You have a gift and service to share with the world.  What you have to offer to the world is important.  This gift that you have to share is important and can only be delivered by you in your inquiry way.So, don't give up without digging deeperThere are people out there who absolutely need you - they need to see, hear and understand your message - they need you to share your program, product or service so they can fulfill what it is they need to do. So go for it!!Remember that what you need is already all within ... and the work is to bring it out - to excavate it and bring your Light and ideals to surface because the world awaits!!Be sure to download the tools that go with this episode and we'll see you next week.If you would like to pause and dive deep, taking some time out for presence, truly see yourself allowing yourself to receive your vision. To be be sure to download the free meditation thatgoes with this podcast.  The meditation is available where this podcast is posted at www.PathofPresence.com/Podcast.  This is Episode 11 on being understood.BEING UNDERSTOOD: Common Self Sabotaging Mistake #3 You Are Making on Social Media and How to Immediately and Easily Fix It & Get Better Forever

10 - BEING HEARD: Common Self-Sabotaging Mistake #2 You Are Making on Social Media
How to Immediately and Easily Fix It & Get Better ForeverToday's episode is the 2nd of a three series podcast on heart-centered social media and the practice of the presence. This episode is about BEING HEARD on Social Media, and what we commonly and mistakenly do to sabotage ourselves whether knowingly or unknowingly. The last episode is about BEING SEEN. Our next episode after this is about BEING UNDERSTOOD on social media. And what we do, whether knowingly or unknowingly, that keeps us from being 1000% ourselves in social media - to be whole-heartedly and authentically You, to be the one and only - the original and inspired, guided and vision led YOU!So what is it that we are doing that is sabotaging our whole intent of being seen heard and understood on our social media platforms? And all of this: being seen, being heard, being fully understood goes deep. These three needs are The life blood of your success and happiness, both in social media in your business, and life in general. So I'll just jump right in.Typically there are 2 main reasons why we feel unheard on social media. What you are saying is not resonating with your audience It could be a deeper issue that you've been personally grappling with your whole life.So let's talk a bit about not being Heard, issue # 2. When what you're saying is not resonating with your audience. This issue has 2 moving parts. What you're saying - your message, how you say it, how you are communicatingWho is listening - how they are receiving the info & whether what you are saying appeals to them.In marketing language, the 2 corresponding items I just mentioned- what you are saying and who is listening - boils down the 2 items;  marketing message and target audience. The question is whether your marketing message is speaking to your target audience. Here's an example: If you're a mom or a teacher, you know that different children need to be spoken to differently.  Each person is an individual and has different things that motivate them.  So you wouldn't talk to your 10 year old the way you talk to your 4 year old.  You would not talk to a 9th grader in school the way you talk to a 2nd grader, right.  These children - individuals - are at different places on life and they need to be spoken to appropriately.  And the operative word is "spoken to," not "spoken at." Communication is a 2 way street. So in business & marketing terms, in order to be heard, you must focus & tailor our message to a specific, not age appropriate, but level appropriate language. If you are offering a program, for instance, of losing weigh and getting in shape, you would need to talk and tailor your message to your ideal client.  How you position your program, along with presentation and packaging will vary depending on whether you are talking to an18 year old single man or a 45 year old mom of 4.  Customers Goals, ideals, desires outlook and stage in life are different so we must begin with the end in mind: who we are serving. While building muscle is an important part of weigh loss and overall health, the mom of 4 and 18 year old single male might hear what is presented to them differently.  They will want different things in life. They have different motivations and so you must look beyond what's on the surface and tap into the psychographics of your ideal client to create a specific message with words that will resonate with your audience. There are essential 5 questions that you need to be able to answer that will create a transformational experience for your customers. Remember that what you have to offer solves or resolves something that is a hurdle, or a difficulty for your ideal Client. Here are the 5 indispensable questions.(1) What is it that you are trying to solve or resolve that your ideal client is having difficulty with.  Is it that they have a lack of time?  Skills?  Creativity because they are overwhelmed? Identify what they problem is.(2) What is it that they need? What is the most baffling, challenging thing for your ideal client that you know, have expertise in, or posses that can help them? What it is that you have - is it a solution to improve their life or a program that helps them deal with their grief, exercise regimen…? (3) What do they struggle with?(4) What tools and resources can you share that would help them?(5) How it is that you can help them? How do you support them in what they are trying to create? When you have clarity to the answers for these 5 essential questions, you will be able to specifically addressing your clients, using their words to answer the questions they may not even know to articulate.  DOWNLOAD RELATED:  Ideal Client Transformation Worksheet If item # 2 applies you you feeling not heard in Social MediaAnd you suspect it is the 2nd issue I mentioned earlier - being heard as something you've been grappling with your whole life.I've prepared a guided meditation you can listen to so you can truly hear what wants to express.  A time to relax and truly listen to your heart and tune in to intuitive guidance. This link as also available in this post at pathofpresence podcast - this is episode 10 of being Heard. Last week I talked about self alignment using the practice of yoga - aligning our practice both on and off the mat.The deeper practice of yoga really, is listening. The practice of yoga, learning to do yoga -  is a MINDSET CHANGE of being open and receptive to guidance.Tempering the outer (the surface layer of who we are) with the inner / underlying soul hat wants to express. The Outer - being the guidelines and the rules in life.  The Inner - being the intuitive guidance and wisdom of what's right for us.The stuff that is us:  our inner world of beliefs and values - our spiritual practice - what we believe and hold to be true needs to be in alignment with who we are.And second, the outer expression of who we are (in life, as in social media) needs to be in alignment with the Truth of our being.Being seen for who we are, what we stand for, and what we're all about, is one of the most core issues of a human existence.Self sabotaging mistake #2 that make on social media that keeps us from being heard is that we go at it - posting, commenting and going about - without first hearingourselves. The answer and correction to resolving self sabotaging mistake #1 on social media - the fix to this problem of not feeling Heardby others is that we must 1st and foremost hear ourselves. You have a gift and service to share with the world.  What you have to offer and say is important - so don't give up.  Just a tweek here, and an “aha!” there will bring new life to your message.  There are people out there who absolutely need you - they need to hear your message - they need to share your program or service and more importantly - they need to hear what your soul wants to express, so go for it!!You have everything you need to success, to be seen, heard and understood.  Be sure to download the tools that go with this episode and we'll see you next week.If you would like to pause and dive deep, taking some time out for presence, and truly see yourself, be sure to download the free meditation that goes with this podcast.  BEING HEARD: Common Self Sabotaging Mistake #2 You Are Making on Social Media and How to Immediately and Easily Fix It & Get Better Forever

09 - BEING SEEN: Common Self-Sabotaging Mistake #1 You Are Making on Social Media
How to Immediately and Easily Fix It & Get Better ForeverToday's episode is the first of a three series podcast on heart-centered social media and the practice of the presence. This episode is about BEING SEEN on Social Media, and what we commonly and mistakenly do to sabotage ourselves whether knowingly or unknowingly. The next episode is about BEING HEARD.The following episode after that is being understood on social media. And what we do, whether knowingly or unknowingly, that keeps us from being 1000% ourselves in social media - to be wholeheartedly and authentically You - to be the one and only - the original and inspired, guided and vision led YOU!Now, this is not to say that we let it all hang out on social media.  It does not reflect well on you or your business to pout, scream and complain about such a public platform. But, for many of us - who are heart centered entrepreneurs, as much as we try to promote our business, we seem to not be getting traction, and something might feel off, yet, we can’t put our finger on it.So what is it that we are doing that is sabotaging our whole intent of being seen heard and understood on our social media platforms? And all of this: being seen, being heard, being fully understood goes deep. These three needs are The life blood of your success and happiness, both in social media in your business, and life in general. So - let's take a step back for perspective:I’ve been practicing yoga for years and even taught yoga a dozen years back on Maui. One of the deepest teachings that I learned from my yoga teacher is the saying, "In yoga as in life." That is, to take what I learn in yoga and apply it to everyday life. And The practice is to take what Ilearn on the mat and apply it to life off the mat.  To practice the principles of yoga both on and off the mat.  So in vinyasa yoga, which is my practice, I was taught to always take a breath before movement, awareness before action, and even in between poses, to mindful of my intention for the next asana, or pose.  And finally, when I get into a pose, to find myself in a steady seat, so that I am strong in my core and balanced throughout.Much of what I have mentioned just right there: breathe before movement, awareness before action, mindful intention, having a strong core- all of this applies succinctly to life….Right down to the principles of alignment.  On the mat, when we practice alignment, we integrate our muscles and bones in alignment with posture.  This places our body for optimal movement during the various sequences of a yoga practice. The idea of having proper alignment is to provide grounding and support as we flow from asana (posture) to asana (posture).Off the mat, alignment might mean different things to different people. If I strictly extrapolate the idea of alignment on the mat and take it off the mat into my daily practice, I would consider alignment as being in integrity with body, mind and spirit in all that I say and do.  Being in alignment also means that my outer actions reflect and support my inner motivations so there is congruency.  Alignment means saying what I'm going to do. And doing what I say I will do.So what does today's topic of being seen on social media have to do with alignment and integrity?  That’s a MOUTH FULL and a really deep question! Two things:Home Base - The stuff that is us:  our inner world of beliefs and values - our spiritual practice - what we believe and hold to be true needs to be in alignment with who we are, andThe expression of who we are (in life, as in social media) needs to be in alignment with the Truth of our being.Being seen for who we are, what we stand for, and what we're all about, is one of the most core issues of a human existence.Self-sabotaging mistake #1 that make on social media that keeps us from being seen is that we go at it - posting, connecting and going about - Without first seeing ourselves. If I asked a room full of people to honestly share the root of why they are in therapy, much of the response might come from their need to be seen.  Being seen is a fundamental core need of all children. Children who are not seen grow up to be adults that feel invisible - unless of course, there is recovery work, to heal and align that which was not aligned in the 1st place. The idea of feeling invisible might cause some of us to cope in different ways.  Some of us might develop protective measures to deliberately not be seen. The walls that we have built are so deeply ingrained that we might not even be aware that we are hiding. Some of us might have developed the opposite. We might intentionally call attention to ourselves because deep down we may feel that if we do not call attention to ourselves, we will be lost forever. Others of us have developed other coping mechanisms to being seen, such to include humor, drama, conflict, and attachments, etc.Still others, the experience of feeling invisible and not seen may be such an excruciating void for us as a child, that now, as adults, we may have defaulted to hide our Light (who we REALLY are) because it's just easier this way.Perhaps we've learned that being quiet and not expressing an opinion will help us dodge the criticism that may arise from speaking up with an original thought. So - this idea of being deeply seen — is to not bring up old childhood wounds, but an observationThat perhaps having an awareness —To get to the bottom of why we may not feel seen on a public platform like social media -To get to the bottom of that - We might start looking within - for the answerI know - that’s a bit deep - especially when we think of social media - and the outward energy of social media…And here I am insinuating that we look inward.I know this is NOT the typical social media digital strategist answer - but, I, like you, are not typical people. The answer and correction to resolving Self-sabotaging mistake #1 on social media - the fix to this problem of not feeling seen by others - is to 1st and foremost see yourself. When I apply the concept of "On the mat, as off the mat" in relation to social media, I can see how following the herd of what everyone else is doing is attractive. When we follow the herd and do what everybody else is doing, it becomes a self-sabotaging mistake:  we make ourselves like everyone else: invisible!  When we force ourselves to not be outstanding, the result is NOT OUTSTANDING - we are not truly seen for who we really are.In doing so, we become miss aligned, and are not as effective as we can be when we are in alignment: body mind and spirit and stay in integrity with who we are (as a soul) and what we've come here to do.In order to fix this common self-sabotaging mistake # 1 - we must first and foremost be awake. We must be present to ourselves and white bubbles up through the process of living.Perhaps we do not have a clear vision, and therefore, our actions, directives, and motivations are short-term.If we really want to resolve our issue -- in order to fix our being seen the problem on social media, we must dig deep. Here is a heart-to-heart question to ask yourself as you look in the mirror:Do you realize that your problem of not being seen on social media is a problem that comes back to the heart of hearts to the most important person ever will be in your life: yourself? How will others see you if you do not see yourself? For some of us, We have somehow learned to not pay attention to ourselves because we did not get our need for attention met as a child. And I'm here to say that the time has come to remedy our self-sabotaging mistake number one: we need to see ourselves exactly for who we are, and love this person. When we apply love to the process of coming out to ourselves, to being seen for who we are and what our souls are meant to do in this lifetime, we change the energy from invisible to magnificent awe. There's a beautiful line attributed by Byron Katie who is a lovely spiritual soul an author that reads, "if you realize or how beautiful you are, you would fall at your own feet." I love this because I resonate deeply with this quote! Each one of us is a one-of-a-kind, amazing spiritual being, a soul born human to our own individual lives’, with a different set of circumstances, and with a unique soul purpose. And the fact of the matter is, everyone else is taken. While we are who we are in this lifetime, we've got to be true to ourselves. We got to be in alignment with the whole hearted authenticity of who we've come to be.So in order to stop repeating our mistakes over and over again leave simply got to come home to ourselves and live in alignment, true to who we are. You've got to first see ourselves before we expressed or is the show media so other people can see us. If we are not one with the message of our authenticity in social media, something will seem off.Perhaps people may not be able to verbalize what might be "off."  Or perhaps they simply don't see you as unique, or perhaps they see you totally like everybody else.In social media as in life, if you are going to leave this one holy precious life, you may as well do it true to your heart-centered self.Social media is all about transparency. You cannot hide who you are on social media.  You cannot lose when you show up as authentically you.  After all, there is only one, amazing person like you! You cannot lose because you only see yourself when you live true to yourself.  You cannot be all things to all people.  When you are front and center for yourself, and you truly see, love and appreciate yourself, you attract the right and perfect people to you. Those who you attract will resonate with you deeply.  They will see you, get to know you and love you. If you would like to pause and dive deep, taking some time out for presence, and truly see

Whether you do or whether you are posting several times a day or several times a week, the most important thing is to post consistently.Facebook Best Practice Tip #1: Consistent PostingThe general rule of thumb is to post either one, two or three update a day at minimum. At the very least you should post a couple times a week to remain on your customers radar. The more engage your customer is with your page post, the more likely you'regoing to continue to appear in their newsfeeds. But take heart, the most recent statistics show that only 2% of the people who like your page actually see your post. Having this information should motivate you to post often and to increase your page likes. Before we dive into that it is important for you to know that if someone ignores your post for a prolonged period of time, your posts will disappear from their newsfeed all together. Research shows The reality of out of sight out of mind. If someone does not voluntarily visit your fan page to catch up with your post, they will most likely never see you're posting on there no newsfeed again. It is also important to know that not everyone will be checking Facebook all day long or on consecutive days for that matter. It is wise to share a link or an article and posted several times a day throughout the day at different times tell those who are on the platform at various times can see it.   When doing this, be sure not to be spammy about it and utilize practice for your most engaging post that provide high value.Facebook Best Practice Tip #2:  Focus on Brand AdvocatesWhen posting to your fan page,  Focus on brand advocates. The people who like in engage with your content will tend to share with their friends. Keep track of the types of updates these people like and target more of it directly to them. When they share your content it will appear in the friends only feed about a person's friends, increasing your reach.Facebook Best Practice Tip #3:  Limit JargonWhen you were posting, make sure to stay with standard English and limit jargon.  Assumed that those who are reading your post is not familiar with what you are saying so if you're using an acronym be sure to put in parentheses what the acronym stands for. Keep the language simple and conversational to invite the maximum number of people to read it.Facebook Best Practice Tip #4:  Thank You’s are Still ImportantIf time permits thank you each and every person who likes your Facebook page. And alternative is to post a thank you note about once a week to make your new fans feel welcome.  Doing this adds care do your communication and reflects well on your image as a brand that is personable and cares about its audience.Facebook Best Practice Tip #5:  Brand Voice & Personality CountsIn all postings, be sure you maintain a consistent brand voice and personality to strengthen your brand. When you are addressing fans use the term week to make them feel part of a shared community. This way everyone feels included. If you want to celebrate a landmark for instance if you achieved 1000 followers, you may want to post a message that says "We did it when thousand followers! Thank you for all your support!" This communication expresses gratitude and invites your fans to feel included.Facebook Best Practice Tip #6:  Facebook Best Practice Tip #2:  Engagement Tip:  Don’t Be Afraid to Ask QuestionsAsk questions to encourage engagement and start discussions. These questions can be a better product reprogram related to your business, or just about life in general. Either or questions work really well. For example, do you prefer a or B.  Opinion questions are always good to ask.  For example, what is your favorite type of meditation practice?Facebook Best Practice Tip #7:  Engagement Tip:  Fill In the BlanksUtilize" fill in the blank" updates. Fill in the blanks are successful because Vance will only have to type one or two words at the most to respond for instants do you prefer a mountain or ocean vacation? Or do you prefer active yoga or restorative yoga?  Do you prefer biking or jogging?Facebook Best Practice Tip #8:  Engagement Tip:  Be Timely!Keeping timely engagement is important.  If someone comments on your status update or makes a post to your timeline, be sure to reply to the soon as possible.  Your timely response encourages further conversation and inquiry, rather than letting the comment go stale. If you do not reply at all, do expect no further inquiries to come in from this person. If the opportunity is right, you have a comment to reply to a like also. This shows that you are engaged with their question as well. Facebook Best Practice Tip #9:  Private MessagingIf you're comfortable with it, turn on private messaging through Facebook.  This real-time option allows customers to contact the Page ministry at her directly. If you get resources to cope with this, you should leave this option on so that customers can get in touch with you especially if they don't want to share their message in a public forum. There are some automated bots created of late to automate the process. But, I have not found a need for them.   My experience with bots is that although it seems like a great option, bot do not generally answer the particular question I have, and it ends up going forward with emailing the company again, where I expected the response.  But this would take extra work on my part b/c the bots did not don't heir job.Facebook Best Practice Tip #10:  Always Add a VisualIt is proven fact at photos and videos to get a higher engagement rate if it is possible try to include an image with every update even if the picture only relates to what you're writing in your status. For example, if you have a question to ask her fans, post a text of the question including a photo that I asked the same question. Then repeat it in the text box of the status update.Facebook Best Practice Tip #11:  K.I.S.S.Keep it simple, concise and to the point.  As more and more people are now on their mobile device, can you or your content to mobile users. Studies have shown that Facebook users skim content in their newsfeed. Keeping your post 80 characters or less is a good targeting for as the shorter post received 27% higher engagement and does with the long post. Let's talk about content.  What kind of text do we overlay on the graphics to engage with our audience?Social Media ContentStepping back to understand social media and the purpose of social media, we need to touch on why people are online. If you could remember the acronym C. E. S. I. Which stands for connect, entertain, share, invite.  Social media has infiltrated our society and have become a norm in our every day life. The original intent of social media is to be social! People are on social media to connect with each other.  Through the use of social media, people are able to find their long-lost Friends and cronies way back to even high school or elementary school.   Social media is used as a means of communication between groups, clubs, organizations and much more. So I'm people on social media they are there to connect with one another.Along the same lines when people go on social media they want to be entertained. Email is no longer the chosen medium for communication because email is seeing as a list of things to do on someone else's agenda. Think about that for a little... when you get an email it is usually a request from someone asking about some sort of information.  Yes email still remains a primary form of communication however, arguably, email it is not nearly as entertaining as social media. The time is spent on social media is purely a demand for entertainment.  The question you want to ask yourself is this your content is meaningful, relatable and easy to digest? Another thing people do on social media is to share information. When something causes us to connect, or is highly entertaining, the post goes viral.   Here are some questions to ask yourself when considering shareworthy content: does your content motivate? Does your content excite? Does your content address frustrations or pain points that is highly relatable in the human condition?  When you create content that resonates with your ideal client that tickles your sweet spot, you will be serving them with great value and insight. They will share it and going viral means that it is shared on the Internet over and over and over again to a large amount of people.Lastly as a means of connection entertainment and shareability, people on social media to invite others to be part of something, be at an invite to an event, or a birthday party, or an art opening or any other thing that might happen on a social level. So therefore, the content, the text, wording that you produce on your graphics, and your beautiful photos, put together must do one or more of the following: allow people to connect with it or themselves, or that your content entertains them, or that your content is worthy sharing or that they feel included because they are invited to something. The question of content then goes back to you knowing who your target audience is. Having an idea of your ideal customer persona, or avatar, really helps you to focus in on what your content should be.Four instance content that is geared toward men in the construction industry is vastly different than content geared towards moms who are running businesses out of their home. Not only does the text and the messaging need to be specifically tailored to the audience, the graphic and the photos must also match the message.Your Call to ActionLastly and most important, your graphics, if not the corresponding text should have a call to action. Statistics show that people are 80% more apt to take an action if there is a specific call to action noted on the posting it self.  A few examples of calls to action are the following: Act now, limited supply, take action today, exclusive offer. So back to our secret - applying what we know to practice.Okay - I’nm going to share with you a story - my son, who was 8 years old at the time was about to go hiking, and I asked, like a good mom would - do you have your sunscreen?  He said, “yes” it’s in my pocket."Great!" I said, "Is

05 - Three Most Important Factors When Posting Social Media
Path of Presence Podcast - Episode 05 - Three Most Important Factors When Posting Social Media If you are an entrepreneur and working from home we can safely say that you are a certain breed. Many entrepreneurs are visionaries and are extremely creative people.  Are you one of those people? Are you a creative entrepreneur and visionary? If you are you'll agree that there's never ashortage of ideas.  In fact you might find that one of your biggest challenges is to focus. Our topic today is really pivotal to your success in creating a sustainable business. Whether your business is selling a product a program or a service there would be no sustenance without sales.  If you are creating a community there would be no tribe if there were no advocates or supporters.Today's episode is about three very important marketing values to focus on when posting on social media. They are the following: Consistency Relevancy VarietyWhen you show up on social media you must be consistent your information must be relevant and there has to be a variety. CONSISTENCYConsistency is so important when it comes to breaking through the noise of social media. Posting consistently allows us to break through the algorithm set in place for social media platforms. When we post consistently we are assuring that our postings get seen and get distributed widely. When we post consistently and show up on our platforms, there is a higher chance that our post will get to our ideal target audience. Keep in mind that consistency does not equal frequency. Consistency is showing up consistently every single day. Where as frequency the number of times we show upmeasured in a closed period time, like daily, for example. This distinction is important so that we do not spam our audience and end up getting blocked by our friends or our viewers. We may choose to post consistently once a day for three months for instance -- as opposed to frequently posting several times a day for three months. This makes a huge difference as we are choosing quality over quantity in our approach this reach our ideal customers.RELEVANCYWhen you post make sure that the information that you provided is relevant to your audience. Relevant engaging, content will always be shown to those whose interests resonate with what we are posting. When we post consistently and our post are engaging our audience (that is, our audience is liking, commenting, or sharing our posts) social networks will recognize our content as relevant.  When our posts are deemed relevant by the built in algorithms of each network, our post will be shown more often on newsfeeds, and therefore seen by more people.VARIETYIn order to sustain the engagement factor of our posts, it is also really important to post a variety of content on our platform. The content should be a combination of blogs, podcast, videos, e-books, Webinars, text posts, graphics and engagement questions.  Determine which of the content you produce is the easiest for you to post, and of those, which are the most relevant to your audience. This should be your priority. You should post the most relevant data to your audience that is easy for you to create. As you are scheduling your postings, keep in mind that social media is simply an extension of the content on your website.   In other words, your social media platforms serves as the marketing vehicle in which you reach your customers. The content that you share is an extension of who you are and the services you provide, reaching people you wish to attract.  Posting consistent, visible, engaging, relevant content creates trust, credibility and authority for your business. Path of Presence Podcast - Episode 04 - Where to Find Your People on Social Media Today, we're going to talk about where to find your people on social media.  At a glance, I’ll be honest with you - Social media is a lot of energy. If you stand in the middle of it, it kinda feels like a big distraction, as though you’re on some kind of altered universe.  The language feels different, people are talking at you AND too you - and it seems to come all at once. You might feel lost in a sea of conversations as though you are in room with 100s of channels on, with its volume blasting loudly.Believe me, I get that.  Everywhere we turn, social media is visible. It is prevalent in our society and we can no longer deny its presence… and its power. Not exactly the same as the presence and power of the energy that courses through our veins - but its there.Logos associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Linked In, Google Plus, YouTube and a handful of others pop up in immediate visibility just about everywhere we go. Social media logos, icons and usage has not all but replaced the good old www website address. This is now how modern conversation occurs.  On this episode, I’m going to share that despite our repulsion to social media, despite it’s loudness, rudeness even, I’m going to share some information with you to shift your understanding as to why we can no longer ignore the big elephant in the room.Social media is a thing - for a long time it's been thing, We can no longer deny the fact that social media is a viable vehicle to communication and community. Turning our backs on using social media, Not adopting the platforms to communicate, to participate, is like turning our backs on telephone technology when it first came out.It has revolutionized our culture and the way we are as human being son planet earth.Let's start with Facebook...Pew research conducted a social media update in November 2016 and found that engagement and usage on Facebook continues to be at least 2Xs higher than any other social platform, with 79% of all Americans signed up.  Of the almost 80% figure, 68% comprises of adult Americans who check their platform daily. These numbers are evidence that social media is not merely a viable vehicle for modern living, it is here to stay!  Social media is a beyond a means to communicate - it has become a part of our culture.  Now, more than ever, communicating through platforms are a norm for connectivity, even over the traditional use of telephone.Social media usage has become the norm in modern day society.  “Resistance is futile,” quoted from The Borg in the popular sci-fi series, Star Trek. We either join the program and become part of modern society, learn how to use these channels properly, or we simply disconnect altogether. Having said this, once we get over our resistance to join the bandwagon, there is great news. For many of us, learning about social media is a deep dive into a new platform and new way of being, regardless of your age, or generation, you can participate too!  The evidence shows that over 60% of online users over 65 use Facebook.  So for those of us who are 64 and younger, we’ve got no excuse but to get with the program. If you want to build community, you’ve got to look beyond the yellow pages and into larger pond like social mediaSo What are the platforms? Who shows up on which platform? And which platform are your people most like to show up? Lets say you know who your people are.  Do you know where (Which platform) you are most likely to find them on?Okay - I’m going to give you some numbers here.  DOn’t worry about writing down.  I’ve got a whole 2800 word article on titled The 6 Social Platforms and it spells out the details, along with charts fromPew Research,  if you want to learn more.OKAY: here are the hard numbers:Approximately 68% of all adults in the us who are online are Facebook users, Followed by the next largest platform:  Instagram with only 28% market share.Followed by painters, linked in , twitter and Google PlusSocial Media Platform:  FACEBOOKSo let's talk about Facebook 1st. Facebook has about 1.5 billion worldwide users, and 70% of the US population is on Facebook. 03 - Social Media & The Buyers Journey - Path of Presence Podcast
Path of Presence Podcast - Episode 03 - Social Media and attraction marketing on the Buyers Journey Today we’ll we talking the impact of social media on the buyer's journey and how it has the power to empower the buyer in every stage. In our last episode, we talked about the three consecutive steps involved in the buyer’s journey:  (1) awareness, (2) consideration and (3) decision.  We discussed what goes on for the buyer as they take the journey of these three steps. The norm of business today is about attraction marketing rather than push marketing.Today, we’ll answering the following 3 questions: 1.  What is attraction marketing?2.  What role does social media play?3.  What is the relationship between social media and attraction marketing, and how this affect the buyer's journey?Attraction MarketingAttraction marketing is simply sharing your expertise, the information you know.  You know those facts that you’ve put in snippets on you VC or resume?  Attraction marketing is demonstration of those bullet points, along with your sparkling personality.  As the expert in your field, you are to share your expertise with the world. We might think of the content you create as an online portfolio, or repertoire of your knowledge.  In today’s digital world, we call this plain old content.  Your core content is a reflection of your expertise and you practice attraction marketing by simply sharing this content. The medium you use for distribution can vary – and you have many options.  Vehicles for delivering your content might include email, blog, video, audio, eBook, interviews, appearances and so forth.  By simply putting out to the world your perspective, by teaching it in bite-sized snippets and sharing your knowledge, training, education and experience, you are establishing yourself as a expert, and those to whom your message resonates will become your followers. We have evolved as a cultural norm to no longer push to sell a product, but to build rapport and relationships with our potential customers.  In this day and day, with real time delivery of postings, videos, and news, we have never seen such amazing opportunity to embody who we’ve come to be – to empower ourselves, and others to be seen, to be heard, and to be known.People will know your energy before they know who you are.  The idea of attraction marketing is so that those who see you, and know you… will love you.And because you can ONLY be yourself, those who truly know you, LOVE you.  This is the time – the right and perfect time – to step up, be known in community and share your heart with the world! When people trust your energy, when they know your intent, they will engage with you and come in to relationship with you, and not simply to buy your product (Be it a book, coaching, program, class, retreat, etc). and what you have to sell, but because they are simply attracted to your energy.Role of Social MediaOkay, so how does social media fit in to all this? Think of social media as your outreach department that, if planned right, will mirror your energy and foster goodwill to your audience.Social media has tremendous power and reach to help you become visible not simply to those who you have “friended” in your network(s), but to those friends of friends, growing the possibility of your exposure exponentially.  The algorithms in today’s networks are a tricky thing. There are three foundational concepts you must master about social media.  Those practice these three concepts on a daily basis find the most success.  Those who do not in practice of these three concepts are totally missing the mark.Social media requires of you the following 3 things:  (1) consistency,  (2) plan and (3) engagement.CONSISTENCY The most important rule of social media is to post CONSISTENTLY.  Why is this important? The more consistent you are at your posting schedule, the harder the algorithms of network visibility will work for you.  Visibility (showing your post on the feed to your audience) is the network's way of regarding a higher value to those who share relevant content.  The more consistent you are at showing up, the higher your engagement, the more people particulate on your postings.  The social algorithms are coded to recognize this as relevancy, which favors community building, and your posts will be seen more often than those who post every so often. The lightbulb in my head went off, and I chuckled a little when I really got this concept.  Consistency on social media is rewarded the same way in real life.  If you show up, 80% of the work is done because you are committing to taking action something and the universe responds in kind.If constant posting sounds exhausting to you, let me affirm with you – yes! Who wants to stress about what to post every day, twice a day?  This is why exhaustion is a good segway to point #2.  In order to be success through social media, one MUST have a plan.PLAN I’m all about efficiency and effectiveness, working smarter, not harder.  I think that when I went to gather my gift and talents before I dropped through the veil, I must have really wanted to experience efficiency in life.  I seem to function at my best when I can streamline what I’m doing.  Even if it takes me a bit longer to get set up, I must be able to see the big picture, and have a plan to get from point A to point B.   I’m not one to have a strict unwavering plan, because changes might arise (I do have children, after all !).   However, I do love appreciate direction - a sense of where I am going. Having a calendar gives me a clue and gives me a road map as to where I am going. When this episode is over, please download a done for you social media posting content calendar to take planning what to post of your hands.  It'll give you some content ideas to spark your creativity and get your started, or catapult you on your way!ENGAGEMENT  The 3rd item that is required for a successful social media campaign is engagement.  Engagement is another world for active participation.  Engagement is important for so many reasons.  When you engage in your social media accounts, it will get your post ranked and visible.  The more you engage your audience, the more relevant you become to their profile.  Not only will your post show up on their feed, but when others engage on your post, you will be shown to friends of friends, which will increases your organic reach. An even more important reason for engagement is to understand that when someone responds to your posting, it is beginning of relationship building and dialogue with this person.  A series of conversations creates an experience.  They are talking to you – and when someone talks to you in "real life," offline and face-to-face, do we not respond back?  In practice and on the streets, we would not ignore someone who is talking to you.  So, please do not ignore someone on your social channel. It is amazing to me when I see postings that have comments, with no reply from the originator of the posting.  If you take nothing away from today’s podcast, but to really get this, know that certain social norms online is the same as they are offline. When someone says “hello” please say "hello" back.  In fact, start a conversation - engage with them!  When someone asks you a question, please engage with them by reply, and do not ignore.  Nothing builds relationship than a courteous and sincere reply.  It takes a lot to repair a potential relationship if you continue to ignore people who are talking to you. If someone shares something you’ve posted – give thanks - publicly, if you are willing.  Do so right in the comments section on the link that they have shared.  It is the decent and polite thing to do, at the very least.  To return goodwill, and as a courtesy, share something they’ve posted that is genuinely interesting to you in return.  Here’s my motto for the day:   Do not set it and forget it. Set it and build! How does social media and attraction marketing affect the buyer's journey? Where does it all fall in place? The 1st stage of the buyers journey – if you recall, is awareness. This is where they meet you – and see you, perhaps for the 1st time.Offline, for those of us who are old school, this involves: word of mouth, radio, tv and print ads, postcards, business cards, traditional networking, etc.You are letting others know that you are around, that you are alive and exists.  “See me” please, “I’m here, I’m here!" is what you would be saying.  In a not so needy way, of course. So how would you let others know that you are in business?  I've listed some modern ways to tell others you exist in the digital world.  Options are the following:Posting on your social media channels,Strategically placing online ads,Writing and distributing press releases,Pay per click ads (purchase advertising),Digital bill boards andEmail campaigns. You want to be present where people can find you: search engines, blogs, vlogs and videos,3rd party sites, review sites, and of course, social media ads, to name a few.Where ever you may be found is research for your audience for Stage 2 of the buyers process – consideration.  Whatever they can find about you is part of their experience of getting to know you – even without talking to you, your audience will get a sense of who you are, and what you are about. So I’ll

02 - The Buyer's Journey - Path of Presence Podcast
Path of Presence Podcast - Episode 02 - The Buyers Journey  It has been said that Jesus was a great salesman, so why is it that we have such a negative stigma of sales? When you think of sales, what immediately comes to mind? Many of us think of the used car salesman, maybe the guy that knocked on your door to try to sell you a vacuum cleaner that is thousands of dollars?  Perhaps, who comes to mind is the Jinsu designer knife salesman who demonstrates his product on cutting a tin can? We often associate sales with dirty tactics and being duped to purchase something we do not want or need. If this is the case, if you hold this mindset, or a similar mindset and stereotype, I've got good news ~ there is great opportunity for a shift in consciousness!  Understanding the buyers journey can change your entire energy around asking for the sale. The buyers journey involves three steps. These three steps are consecutive, and may not be skipped.  The three steps are the following:Awareness,Consideration, andDecision. This article describes the three steps of the buyers journey (awareness, consideration and decision), and what goes on for the prospective buyer as they undergoing the path to becoming your client. In the article, Social Media and The Buyer's Journey (Path of Presence Podcast, episode 3), I will share with you the impact that social media has on these steps to influence the buyers journey.  My hope is to help you understand the dynamic process that occurs when individuals engage in relationship with you, be it business, or not.  There is great power in being empowered.  My prayer and affirmation is for you to gain a deeper understanding of social media and the power it has to help your business soar.  This is the case even more so if social media appears time-consuming and nonsensical at first glance. My intention is to help you build a lifestyle business, through social media so you you could essentially be anywhere in the world, and still conduct your business as if you are in your office. If your intention is to serve the world – if you have a message, a service, a product, or a method to help others live their lives in a way that will better serve them, - if you want to implement your life work so that everyone has access to it and at the same time, build an engaging, flourishing community, stay with me.Learning about the buyers journey is understanding the science of buying.More over people buy from people who they know and trust. They don't just buy your service, program or product, they are buying into the idea of YOU - what you stand for and the space you could hold for a them and their growth.  As a result of this faith, and belief, you will be compensated for your work in the world by their engagement, presence and support. The buyers journey parallels the journey of friendship.  You might meet someone, and get to know them a little by talking to them.  You don't don't talk at them, you talk to them - a friend would talk with them, in a dynamic , that is a conversation.  Depending on the harmony of that dynamic, you decide whether you want to be their friend, or not.  As friendship is a dynamic between person to person, so too, is the buyers journey.STEP 1:  AWARENESSThe first step in the buyers journey is awareness.  This is when you first meet someone.Awareness is when a buyer becomes aware of your company and what you might be offering, whether it is a service, program or product.  They become aware that you exist.  They see you in a visual sense and are aware that you are around and available. This is the "See Me" phase of the buyers journey.  And for all intents and purposes, on a temperature scale, this contact, to you, as the marketer, is a cold contact.  They don't really know who you are ... yet!  (More on this later)So after you meet someone you want to talk with them to get to know them a little.  Similarly, the second step in the buyers journey is consideration.  After the buyer becomes aware that you are around and available they begin to look into what it is that you do, be it a product program or service. They are evaluating whether what you have to offer is a good fit for what they need.  In this stage the buyer is taking into consideration and evaluating whether they want to be in relationship with you.Step 2:  CONSIDERATIONThe consideration stage is the perfect time to educate your buyer. Rather than to push your product, the practice is to educate.  This is the "believe me" phase in the buyers journey and an opportunity for you to convert the cold client to a warm contact.  The progression of technology in today's culture has empowered the normal person to research, find information and make informed, educated decisions.  Technology today has leveled the playing field to share information. No longer does information belongs solely to large corporations, entities and bureaucracies.  The development of modern technology such as websites, blogs, social media, videos, podcasts, and the like allows anyone to share information online, in real time.  Because of the technology at our disposal, we could essentially teach what we know and get this to those who need it.So you meet someone -- they see you, they are aware of you and you get to know them a little bit by talking to them.  There is an exchange, consideration and evaluation going on - and you are learning more about your acquaintance.  Are haps you are evaluating and considering whether their worldview matches yours and if there is a good fit of energy, or friendship exchange. And then, after some time of getting to know them (in real life it could be a minute after you meet them or 10 years after you meet them depending on who they are.Step 3: DECISIONAfter you get a feel of who they are, what they represent, you make a decision whether this will be your friend, or not. When you make that decision, it is similar to the third step of the buying process. The third step in the buyers journey is the decision stage. This is where prospective buyers make the decision to purchase your product, program, or service. They become your customer. These prospective buyers "believe you," or believe in you. In the buyers mind, what you have to offer needs very closely to what they need. You have successfully earned the buyers trust and consideration, so much so that they are now a client. You have successfully made a friend which depending on what your idea of friendship is, which may vary from person-to-person. Same goes for the buyer process and relationship.Again, the steps in the buying process are consecutive and may not be skipped. The buying process includes the following steps:AwarenessConsideration, andDecision. In the case of a friendship you meet someone they become an acquaintance where there's dialogue back-and-forth you get to know them a little and then you decide whether this person can become a friend. Most people would not go up to a complete stranger and ask them to go to the movies with you. You don't know whether they are a talker and will talk through you the entire movie or have a whole different set of norms and world views that you may be used to. They may very well be one of those who picks up phone calls in the movie theater during a movie you just don't know.A friend however you would not hesitate to invite a compatible friend to go to the movies with you to spend the day with you and to exchange ideas and share life with you.Similarly when someone becomes aware of your product you don't ask them to buy right away.  This would feel contrite as though you're walking up to a stranger and asking them if they want to join you for a two hour movie, without knowing their social habits. The norm of business today has evolved from push marketing to attraction marketing. This simply means that no longer are we pushing the product telling them about the features and benefits of your product service for offering, you are instead providing the information to educate your potential client on their purchase. You provide the information you are the expertise they get to evaluate all of this information to decide and to make a decision whether they want to purchase from you, or not.Attraction marketing is great opportunity for both sides to consider whether they want to enter into a relationship.OK so I am dipping into the second segment of the buyers process and relationship with the talk of attraction marketing. So I'll close this episode with a recap of the stages of the buyers journey: (1) awareness "meet me or see me" phase, (2) consideration "evaluating whether there is a fit or believe me" phase (3) decision "join me or pay me" phase.Join me in episode 3, where I'll talk about the impact of social media in the buyer journey and how it has the power to empower the buyer in every stage.Subscribe... and ever miss an episodeTake us with you on a jog or watch from your smart TV at the comfort of your home.
