Freed from physical and mental prison with Rashmi Airan

Imagine for a moment being a very prestigious attorney in Miami, being well connected, helping your community, and suddenly seeing yourself sentenced and jailed for bank fraud. This is the story of our guest. Blinded by the income she could make and choosing not to ask the right questions, led her to this downfall. While experiencing this rock-bottom moment in her life, she had to come to a place of peace and self-forgiveness, which ultimately led to having a life-changing experience, both personally and professionally. She shared with us the importance of investing in our relationships, tapping into gratitude, and the concepts of "overconfidence bias" and "moral humility." This is my conversation with Rashmi Airan.

Rashmi is a corporate and motivational speaker, a “recovering lawyer and investment banker”, a woman leader and an entrepreneur in her community. She shares her story to illustrate the multitude of factors that influence our choices. Rashmi sets forth the business discipline necessary for decision-making. She uncovers the mental process of problem-solving that leads to organizational cultures with integrity.
