This week was my first week back into some serious training. Gym time and some decent miles each day really got my energy levels back up and I have my sites firmly focused on this weekend’s Marine Corps Historic Half. However, I do get sidetracked a bit and provide an unconvincing argument about why I should be the next Wolverine for future X-Men movies. It is an amazing display of how exercise can really get you hyped up in the morning, to an almost manic state. So please, listen as I lose my mind and have delusions of grandeur as I drive my way through traffic towards my big boy job where people have to put up with me in real time.
For those of you who are new, I do record these installments during my commute to work. So I apologize for all the background noise and distractions you will hear. Turn signals. Honking horns. My inability to pronounce words correctly. I leave most warts and all untouched.
