This week's episode is a bit more unique. A few weeks back, the NCG Team hopped on a full-team Zoom call to discuss First, Break All the Rules by Marcus Buckingham & Curt Coffman. This book discusses how managers can get the most out of each of their employees by assigning them to the correct role and playing to their strengths. At NCG, we're always striving to keep ourselves sharp with new information and bouncing ideas off of one another. Holding regular Book Club meetings such as this one give us a great opportunity to continue expanding our knowledge, discussing it in theory, and then directly applying it to how we serve our clients.
