Jason and Cassie sit down with Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen's operator Adam O'Donnell.  Adam give us a little insight into his start with Orange Consulting, how he has assembled an incredible team, and what is to come for Vinaigrette.

Today on Orange Perspective we have Ben Jones. Ben is an area manager for Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen. Ben's story lead him from working at Panera for 15 years to Vinaigrette. Ben is the Swiss Army knife of Vinaigrette, touching virtually all aspects of operating stores.

Jason and Amber discuss what it's like to be a shy manager in a leadership role and how she strongly cares for her team. Amber has been instrumental in bringing Breakout's virtual escape room experience to store fronts. 

Jason sits down to talk with Alex Tensi of Asheville, North Carolina. Alex has been with Breakout in many capacities and started out as a game master. Jason and Alex discuss the not so subtle but important different between a mockumentary and a documentary. 

Jason sits down with Brad Greenman to have a discussion on the past, present, and future of Orange Consulting. Brad and Jason deep dive into a long journey of leadership and how he started by serving frozen yogurt to an operations managers. 

Jason sits down with Grant Hartsell. Grant is the GM of Breakout Games in Arlington, TX and is a relatively new manager. He has a fresh perspective on Breakout's culture and business. Grant and Jason talk about connecting with your team and how to have an honest discussion about dissolving cliques. This ties together how inclusion can create a stellar store culture.

Lukas Owens sits down with Jason to discuss Breakout Games and his journey from building escape rooms to being the Director of Sales. Lukas works with multiple brands including, Breakout Games, Vinaigrette, and Activate Games. 

In this weeks episode of Orange Perspective we get to know Joe Nelis. Joe is in charge of Breakout's North Hills location in Pittsburgh. Joe started out as a game master and is now the general manager. Jason and Joe discuss hidden talents, movies, many things Breakout. 

This week on Orange Perspective we have Breakout Cincinnati manager Stephanie Proctor on the show. Stephanie shares her story with us and how she started as a game master and rose to the manager level. She also shares some fun customer stories and how Jimmy Buffet and scuba diving are related in her life. 

Jason sits down with North Indianapolis Breakout Games manager Courtney Oliphant. Courtney started out with Breakout managing the South Indianapolis location. Jason and Courtney talk about what it is like to come into a new environment and how transitioning managers can influence store operations.
