From Fast Food Junkie To Fit & Healthy!
In 6 months Jessica has turned her life and health around and lost 67 pounds! We're off high blood pressure pills, and fighting through a depression that was looming over her head. She loved fast food, and hated working out... a dangerous combination.
Sneaking around eating fast food alone, getting rid of the evidence so others wouldn't see eventually turned into a self disgust. It became shameful to her, but once she started at The Camp TC she found a place she felt she belonged.
She's now at her healthiest, has taken part in multiple spartan races which trips me out because those are TOUGH!! Now she works for The Camp TC and says she intends to continue pushing and working towards being the best version of herself.
She loves helping people on their own fitness journey and feels the greatest reward by inspiring others.
