A new study has recently revealed that taking one or two midday naps per week could significantly reduce the risk of both heart attacks and strokes. Watch where you step in San Francisco, the Bay Area has been nicknamed the Doo Doo capital of the United States.  Data shows the number of feces sightings has increased dramatically since 2011. In 2011, 5,547 human feces incidents were reported. The number rose to 28,084 in 2018 reports. This is a sad situation not only in San Francisco, but many cities throughout the U.S.   T&J give their take on an article 5 Things you should say to your partner every day.     Note to Burger King: We do not support your Unhappy Meals and think this is a ridiculous marketing campaign.  We agree, it is OK to not feel happy all the time, but we think you can come up with something more effective to bring awareness to people that suffer from depression and mental illness. Even though the 5 meals with unique (most of them distasteful) names are for adults, children will certainly take note of the box names.
