Introduction to the Astral Dimensions with Melissa Love Glidden
What is a Subtle body? The etymology of subtle means "not easily understood." "Subtle" is a general term used to describe that which is beyond physical. Teachings across faiths and belief systems suggest that our physical body is not all there is. For example, Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Naturopathic medicine all work with the "energy body." Science sometimes calls this the "Bio-Field." This body, is considered to be one subtle body. In truth, we have many subtle bodies.  In this episode, Melissa Love Glidden returns and drops some serious OMG, introducing us to the Astral Body.

Living The Yoga with Katie B Happy
I have long been inspired by Judith Lasater's book, "Living Your Yoga" and appreciated how she applied her yoga practice to every facet of her life. Everything is an opportunity to put our training to the test. Inspired by this book, my next guest is doing just that. She is Living the Yoga through her everyday actions and I had the joy of sitting down with her to talk all things life. She is a master motivator. She is a shaker and definitely a mover. She has an incredible story to share that led her to the practice of yoga and eventually inspired her to start her company b_inspired. She truly embodies her mission, “to empower you to know that anything is possible.” She leads, “Self Ventures” around the globe, offering self-development tools to inspire more to live aligned to purpose.  She offers a weekly B_inspired mantra and is a champion for giving back. She leads “Sweat for Service”- a charity event on that benefits our service men and women and heads home every summer to do an inner tubing charity event to honor her late mother who passed away from breast cancer when she was 14. She is also a personal trainer that seamlessly weaves yoga into her weekly high energy fitness classes. Since recording, I did have the joy of taking her Vinyasa class at Corepower and I was delighted and inspired by her presence, sequence, themeing, and harmonium accompanied singing. Please Enjoy this episode with the one and only, inspiring and very mighty Katie_B_Happy.

The Spirit of Running With Eugene Kim and Jennifer Ouellette
A fun, unedited conversation with Eugene Kim, co-leader of November project and running enthusiast, Jennifer Ouellette. This episode explores my longtime fascination with the running community. I have had many conversations with people who truly love running. Like, LOVE it. One of the more intriguing conversations I had was with Eugene and Jenn. One a marathon runner and the other an "occasional ultra-marathoner." I invited them on the show to explore this love of theirs and to put some language behind what truly motivates them to run for miles and miles and miles. Interestingly enough, in the weeks since recording this episode, Nike and Headspace teamed up and created an app to inspire people to "run mindfully."
