No Shame In The Porn Game...Kinda!
I know you want to hear about porn but first the ladies update you on the Covid-19 sniffing dogs that are in airports to add an additional level of safety in some European airports. So now to the important stuff...porn! Some people love it and some people hate it but in either case you shouldn't feel shame in it. Pornography is one of the few things that is all inclusive. Sherene was a late bloomer, while Nichole started her curiosity much younger. The ladies discuss the importance of having open and honest communication with your kids regarding their bodies, because with the advent of the internet and cell phone, children have unprecedented access. Even when parents think they are blocking sites, their kids are finding work arounds. Also, pornography is a helpful way to have open communication with your partner regarding likes and dislikes. You can use it to show rather than tell. Remain openminded because not all porn is the same and it isn't all "depraved". The Bible Breakdown was short but it foreshadows the destruction to come due to sin. It also promises Abram's descendants will cover the earth. Finally, we learn that people considered a woman gyrating her hips to be porn in the 1890's...if they could only see where we are now.

Should We Become Vegetarians After This?
It was a busy week in the news starting with the shooting of Jacob Blake by police, followed by the shooting of protesters by 17 year old Kyle. Jacob was shot because he might have reached for a gun, while Kyle was not initially stopped by police who responded to the report of a shooting, despite Kyle visibly carrying a rifle in the vicinity.Nichole found out some crazy information and you really need to listen to this episode if you want to know what the USDA is allowing processors to do to your chicken. The ladies discuss whether it might be time to become vegetarian or is chicken worth eating cancer? Empowering Women: Sex Work Isn't A Bad Thing!
If you haven’t heard of “White Rage”, then add it to your book club list because it is a book that everyone must read. Thank you FPL for sucking and sending Nichole back to paperback reading roots. Sherene discovered a whole new reality show diaspora of black women in the Real Housewives of Potomac. We also discuss Trinidadian Islamic State recruitment and fallout, as well as, musicians putting Trump on the do not play list, before getting to the topic of the week: Women Empowerment and Sex Work. This episode was recorded before the WAP (by Cardi B and Megan the Stallion) music video controversy exploded. But it truly serves as a perfect example of what we speak to in the episode. Society needs to stop picking and choosing when it is okay for women to embrace their sensuality, even in regards to sex work. There is nothing wrong with a woman profiting from her sensuality as long as it is concentual. Finally, we cover Genisis 4. You get murder, lies, and lineage, before we leave you with a historical nugget…it only took 104 years for British Vogue to hire it’s first black cover photographer. Yup, it was long overdue and just happened last week. We hope you enjoy. Rate us and email us. Thanks for listening.
