Detectives Izaka and Fitzmaurice continue to delve deeper into the recent ritual murders and their connections to an obscure 1980s comedy movie, Night Beach Nurses.  The interview with the director of photography, the mysterious Manfredo, does not go as planned. 

The mystery continues and deepens as Detectives Fitzmaurice and Izaka attempt to understand why a screwball comedy that was featured on basic cable is linked to a string of recent deaths.  Who is Mia Pennetta? Is watching the movie actually dangerous?  Did the director of the film even see it?

Dectectives Fitzmaurice and Izaka continue their investigation of the copy cat murders that bear striking resemblance to a series of murders that occurred in the 1990s.  Pointed in the direction of a murderabilia collector/trader as the source of the seemingly innocent 1980s rom-com movie entitled, "Night Beach Nurses" that somehow lies at the center of this violent rampage.   

A terribly brutal set of murders occurred over a few weeks that terrorized the city and surrounding areas.  Detectives Izaka and Fitzmaurice aided in the capture of a serial killer.  Unfortunately, not before the killer could murder one more victim.  The recent murders seemed to follow a ritualistic serial killer that struck in the 1990s and was ultimately unsolved.  The detectives are eager to interview the alleged serial killer and try and make sense of both the most recent acts of violence and what happened decades ago.  Occult Cold Case: The Moon Child Murders is a found footage, horror fiction podcast.
