When Culture is no Longer the Culprit
As I transition into a new type of sharing, starting with the opening of the School of Spiritual Learning on April 22nd, I would like to spend some time addressing the topic of culture—and more specifically the way culture molds and formats us; unbeknownst to most of us. br In order to reach an elevated stage of Know Thyself, it is paramount for us human beings to ponder and release the 'conditioning effects' that culture has painted upon us from our early infancy. br And these effects may be more ingrained than we think! br Please join me this Thursday at 3pm EST as I start tackling this challenging theme. br Love & much Light, fellow Sisters and Brothers

It my great pleasure to welcome Brother Altair back on the show with his spelunking gear. br Not only will he address the themes of Unity Consciousness and Co-creation, with great details and pure wisdom, he will also take us through a beautiful meditation aimed at activating our energy bodies. br One that prepares us for being on our highest, most spiritual ground. br Please join me as I welcome Brother Altair for yet another show - this Thursday, April 7th, at 3 pm EDT.

Transmuting with the Violet Flame
By the grace of attending a virtual class on Creating with the Seven Mighty Elohim, I recently became more familiar with the Violet Transmuting Flame -- a spiritual tool that has the power to turn many things and situations around. br I was flabbergasted last Saturday to read a short paragraph that exactly describes how I felt after using the Violet Flame for three days, br In a very short time, if It is persistently and consistently called into action at least three times a day, the one so using It will begin to feel a much lighter atmosphere about her/him and many distressing conditions of body, mind, affairs and association will adjust themselves, and those annoyances will fall away as if they had never been. br Hence my desire to share with all of you this coming Thursday!

Shedding a skin, or possibly two
In the northern hemisphere, spring is upon us, or perhaps, more aptly, within us. It is a time of rejuvenation, a time of of getting out of our shell, and starting something anew. br Somehow the idea of shedding a skin (or two) feels right, regardless of what 'skin' may mean to us: a new departure, leaving something--an activity, a business person, a companion--behind, or jumping into the unknown. Looking forward and upward to what might bring us greater joy and passion. br This is what spring is about, certainly in my case, and I will be happy to share some of this movement on Thursday with you. br See you soon, folks!

Change Starts With Us 'nothing new but good topic to revisit'
The idea of revisiting the theme of change in our lives came from the movie we watched yesterday at the Pacific Science Center: Zootopia. Change starts with us were the words of ZPD officer Judy Hopps as she addressed the graduating promotion of police officers, which included her partner in goodchief, Nick the Fox. We know change is a constant in our lives. It is present every day of our lives and it signifies growth. Here is what Eliza Ayres had to say in her latest blogpost, which beautifully dovetails with the ideas I had. The “team” who is still resisting change and stubbornly clinging to the old way will find ways to test the boundaries of those who are stepping free of the matrix. This is also a test for those who are making the shift from one energy level to another. What arrives in your life is both a test and an opportunity to continue to clear the energies that are coming up for you as experience. I love it, and can attest to the testing in progress.

Celebrating the Feminine Side of Our Selves
In honor of the International Day of Women, I would like to dedicate this show, certainly to the women in our lives, and also to the feminine side of our selves - and therefore to all the women who helped nurture and develop our sensitivity, our sense of creativity and beauty. As well as our open heart and vulnerability. And many more talents that can only be understood and embraced by a Feminine, gentle perspective. Please come celebrate with me the Feminine that we all possess, and perhaps need to embrace at a deeper level--men and women alike. Thank you

For the Sake of Releasing
Releasing popped out this weekend as I listened for a topic. br Releasing what, and for the sake of what? br Liberation comes to mind; I mean liberation from the mind, and from what takes residence in the mind, but that is not all. br There are many different kinds of releasing we can practice, for ourselves and for the sake of uplifting planet Earth and its inhabitants. br See you on Thursday, dear folks

Teaming Up with Anger and Its Transmuting Power
Anger may not be what most of us think it is, a destructive emotion that burns within. There are not so obvious possibilities for spiritual transformation, or transmutation, if you will, contained in anger; and indeed anger, when listened to, can be a precious friend - as well as a gauge of our spiritual progress. I will be happy to reflect on the other side of the anger-coin. Please be part of this experience this Thursday, February 25th, at 3pm EST

Sharpening Our Resonance Skills
The title for this week's show came to me two weeks ago and I felt like booking it right away. An interesting, yet challenging topic. br I believe we all need to listen within and heed what our most silent, yet meaningful, voice is telling us. br How do we do that? How do we pay attention, honor, and show gratitude to what (or possibly who) comes through and within us? br How we know it represents OUR truth? br Please join me on Thursday, February 18th, to explore the matter at heart! br It is an enlightening matter, dear Sisters and Brothers, just as our ability to breathe is.

For the Sake of Our Spiritual Independence!
I was at a loss as to what theme to address this coming Thursday. Then yesterday, we visited the Pacific Science Center and watched a beautiful documentary from BBC Earth. br It highlighted the story of courage and resilience of two small beings fighting for their very survival in a northern American forest and the Arizonian desert. A lovely chipmunk and a tiny mouse. br After many trials and tribulations, the tiny rodent found her way back home and had an opportunity to get reunited with her siblings. While facing the prospect of a cozy home and secure food, she thought for a second, turned around and decided to embrace her hard-won independence with her whole Heart. br May she be blessed for the wonderful example she's offering us on the Path. And may we garner the utter courage and determination we need to fully engage with the spiritual meanders that won't fail to pop in and out! br See you on Thursday, independent folks!

Aiming for Inner Fortitude
In these times of change, tumult and possibly chaos, the first words that came to me while envisioning the show are, Achieving Inner Peace; influenced that I was after watching episode 2 of Kung Fu Panda. br Come to feel of it, Fortitude might be just as important and possibly more apt. And let's be a little less certain: Aiming for, having a sense of direction and purpose in 'establishing oneself' sounds a bit wiser than Achieving. br Let's aim together, dear Fellow Walkers of the Path, for the better, the brighter side of ourselves! br Looking forward to seeing you on Thursday! br As a gift, here is a nice quote that I shared with Lisa Rising Berry when she joined me this past Thursday: br You cannot transmit wisdom and insight to another person. The seed is already there. br A good teacher touches the seed, allowing it to wake up, to sprout, and to grow. br ~Thich Nhat Hanh

Moving into the Heart and Loosening the Mind's Grip
I recently experienced two small moments of bliss; one inner, heart-induced; the other one external, mind-driven and sports-related. br The heart-induced occurrence was mild and very gentle; the mind-driven was noisy and all-consuming. br Simultaneously,I came upon this lovely channeled message where Mary Magdalene addresses the issue of the Divine Masculine supporting the Divine Feminine. My experience and Mary Magdalene’s words seem to come together so harmoniously that I want to share this bit of my journey with you. br It begins with understanding the necessity, value and importance of the Feminine. This is a healing process in your world because the Feminine has been greatly devalued. For this healing to occur, your world must come out of the place where so much has been confined to the mind, which is the Masculine. For some of you, this is easier. For some, this is harder. Knowing most of you have received tremendous training and enculturation to live in and from your mind.

Accessing the Wisdom and Purity of Our Heart
Wisdom and Purity of Heart are important to move forward spiritually; being able to discern and discriminate between what is nourishing for our life, and what is not, while cultivating our own life, our own soil. br This is something I have been working at for a while but, for whatever reason --or for a reason I will not spoil here-- it is calling me more deeply this week. br I will do my spiritual prep work to be ready for this Thursday, trusting the Universe will respond in due fashion. br ....as it always does, dear Brothers and Sisters. br As Master Oogaway, in Kung Fu Panda, would say, There are no accidents! br See you Thursday, my dears

Reflecting upon one year of 'cave exploration'
Spelunking is not an easy word to understand for those of us whose mother tongue is not English. As I was explaining the meaning of spelunking to a friend in Sweden, she exclaimed, br Oh, you are a cave man! br To which I responded, br Yes, I am, and I am encouraging people to explore caves as well; that is, their own caves! br Please join me as I reflect upon one year of cave exploration! br In my opinion, it is not so much a question of what we have explored--or possibly achieved--thus far, but rather a challenge as to how can we go deeper!? br Happy New Year!

Ushering into a Lighter, Brighter We
The words of my friend Ashtara in Glastonbury perfectly echo what is on my mind as we close on the Old and usher into the New. A New that calls for a Lighter, Brighter We! br See you at the very end of the year, fellow walkers of the Path. br ‘As you step solidly into this new phase of life, I ask you to leap over the threshold of the Gate before you. Leaving behind much of the old, whether this be a negative thought form, hasty action, or disillusioned mood...You are ready to move towards new friends, different places, people and positive right actions. You will soon feel lighter, freer, happier in your heart and mind, and this will filter down through all the layers of your 'beingness', to your newly re-structured DNA.’ br Ashtara

How the Grinch didn't steal the spirit of Christmas
Read and watch the story of Dr. Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas here br https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6k5KXw0N3jk br The Grinch may have attempted to steal Christmas, and all that goes along with it, materially speaking. br Yet he couldn't steal the Spirit of Christmas, of people coming together for a higher purpose. A Heart purpose. Once he realized Christmas wasn't coming from a store, his realization granted him a change of Heart, or a Heart growth, if you wish. Three times the size of his original, tiny Heart. br And the Grinch then graced us with Christmas.... br Let's gather together on New Year's eve in order to share Spirit and all that goes along with It. br As a bumper sticker that I saw last Thursday says, Grace happens.

Redirecting the ego mind - for the sake of inner sanity
Redirecting, or taming if you will, the ego mind is the theme that burst out for this week session. A very personal one. I believe that having our ego mind under control is essential for our sanity, inner and outer, as well as for the well-being of the planet. How do we achieve that? Overnight? I am taking notes and keeping a journal this week; it hasn't happened in a long time. Love & much Light

Achieving a Change of Heart
A combination of masculine and feminine energies in this week's show title. Following up on my insight from last week about the limitations of our Heart, which one can construe as dark forces or negative emotions, I prefer to look at the turn around that anyone of us is called to do, or achieve, at some point(s) on her his spiritual path. We regularly meet people who push our hot buttons and often wonder why they come into our lives; do they carry a message for us, or are they asking us to do any kind of inner work? The answers will certainly vary for anyone of us--what really matters is that we look at the mayhem they generate within us and sign what I would call an inner Victory. Knowing that looking within, and refraining to respond with anger, represent the first signs of this inner Victory. See you on Thursday, spiritual folks!

Looking through the Eye of the Sacred Feminine
Watching the second part or sequel to Despicable, the Minions movie, made me think something was amiss. br It didn't have the same appeal as the first one. br In fact, there wasn't a glimpse of heart, a glimpse of the Sacred Feminine, as opposed to the beautiful change of Heart we saw in the first episode. br Which made me realize that there is a way to incorporate or look through the Eye of the Feminine - the Sacred Feminine. br How would we do that? br How do we marry the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine in order to achieve a beautiful balance of energies? br Please come visit December 3rd if you are interested in this explorative discussion. I look forward to seeing you!
