Now Streaming Podcast Episode 100 - Netflix Podcast
Thank you ALL for the 2+ years of dedicated listening - downloads - comments - and even nudie pics... Stephen, I'm talking to you. This will be my last update for the Now Streaming Podcast, but it's mainly because I need to move on to bigger and more career driven projects. So to say goodbye I invited everyone who has ever been a guest on the show to come over and be part of the event! We play games we've talked about over the time, people break down and tell me what they didn't like about the show, and I find out that the game we've never played, Get Hans Drunk and Have Him Explain Movies, is probably the game I should have been playing since day one... I'm sure his liver thanks me for not doing that. Unfortunately, Buz's segment where I played LEARN AFTER READING was lost due to a computer error, but let it be know, I was able to get a point with one comment! So BOOM! I know how to do it. Please keep your eyes on @andrewfurtaco for updates because there will be more podcasts coming in the future, but as far as Now Streaming is concerned, the fat lady has sung.

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 84- Netflix Podcast with guests Bart Kimball, Greg Ephraim, and Brandon Gilbrech
We're coming to a close soon and I made sure to make this 2nd to last episode of Now Streaming count... by doing what I SHOULD have been doing since episode 2. I learned about more movies on this podcast than almost 90 episodes combined. Thanks for my guests Bart Kimball, Greg Ephram, and Brandon Gilbrech who went with me on a new format. Instead of reviewing a specific movie I had my guests write their top 10 favorite titles on Netflix and then created games inspired by their titles. We cover all the titles from my hidden favorites like Shakma all the way to foreign hits like Boys from Brazil. We then played games like AirBud/Pulp Fiction and Peaky Blinders... You'll have to SEE it to believe it! I would say this episode rejuvenated my love for the show and inspired me to keep going, but then that means I'd be going back on my word and slowing down on my career, so F-DAT. Next week will be my final episode of the show and I've invited everyone who has been a guest to come by and hang out. We'll be live streaming it via FB, so please feel free to join in and be part of "history".

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 83- Netflix Podcast with guests Graham Skipper and Stephen Imhoff
Apparently I am the only person to do a FULL COMMENTARY of the Gasper Noe film Love... so Today please allow us to be here to make history! Actor Graham Skipper and special effects GURU Stephen Imhoff join me and make the film just as entertaining as you'd ever hope. Please enjoy this EXTRA long episode about an EXTRA long member... I'm talking about a big penis.

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 82- Netflix Podcast with guests Mark Miller, Ben Meares, and Christian Francis
On this week of the podcast I have on my dear friends on the podcast because Christian is headed back to the UK... and I wanted to let him know just how happy we are about it. I curated all the games on this weeks show to his departure. We get a little carried away and I drop a bit of a bomb on this weeks episode. Hope you enjoy the show!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 81 - Netflix Podcast with the Zucker Brothers
This weeks episode did NOT go as planned, the material I wanted to cover was too much and the people weren't available... so instead I wanted to give you all a little treat. Next week, we'll be back to our normally scheduled program... but until then, you've got this! I was lucky enough to go to a special screening of the film The Naked Gun with filmmakers David and Jerry Zucker there for a Q&A afterward. It was moderated by Timothy Dowling and attended by a small group. They were very insightful as well as fun to hear talk about their style of comedy. I left feeling inspired and excited for the future of comedy... So please enjoy this quick episode and hope you get a little enjoyment out of it!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 80 - Netflix Podcast with guests Graham Denman, Jonathan Lewis, Jared Shelton
Now for another episode of Now Streaming podcast with your fancy dressed host, Andrew Furtado! This week I'm in the "studio" with writer/director Graham Denman, producer Jared Shelton, and director of the infamous Black Devil Doll Jonathan Lewis! This week we were supposed to all watch the Spanish horror movie Anamodexia, but unfortunately only TWO of us had actually watched the film. Luckily one of those people was Jared and he did a bit of research to make sure that our time was well spent talking on the mic! We talk about all the titles on Netflix we've been watching as well as some terrible titles that you need to make sure you avoid... or watch 'em, what do I care? I bring in a new game to try out and even had a little fun in the process. GO FIGURE! Either way, check out hte show and make sure you have yourself a great time!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 79 - Netflix Podcast with guests Bradley King, Josh Forbes & Jacob Samahn
This episode of the Now Streaming Podcast is one of the greats! I'm joined by director Josh Forbes, writer Jacob Samahn, and the director of Time Lapse, Bradley King! Last week, Paula recommended Bradley's film and this week he's on the show! Time Lapse is a "living room science fiction" where three friends find out they've been being photographed by their neighbor... weird thing is, all the photos haven't happened yet. Thanks to Josh for hooking it up and making it nice and uncomfortable as we review Time Lapse WITH it's director. Nothing is quite as fun as watching a person squirm as you say nice things about 'em. We have a lot of fun talking about the film, finding out what everyone's been watching on Netflix, and learn the importance of putting the word "hood" in when you're talking about your childHOOD porn addiction... Just sayin'.

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 78 - Netflix Podcast with guests Paula Haifley, Aaron Baker, and Melanie Mullen
Another fun episode of Now Streaming Podcast is coming at you hard! This week I bought back "lady of the champ" Paula Haifley, Twin-Peaks enthusiast and Fuller House super-fan Melanie Mullen, and the only other person I know who appreciates Vanilla Ice's film work, Aaron H Baker! We discussed the film recommended to us Hector and His Search for Happiness, a Simon Pegg box-office bomb about a psychiatrist who is trying to find the true meaning of happiness. It's filled with more feelings thrown into it than an episode of Fuller House... don't worry we talk about that too. We all watched the entire season of Fuller House and surprisingly had a lot of mixed feelings... from a major nostalgia trip to barreling over to vomit for cuteness overload. We also realized that the fountain of youth is John Stamos' bath tub and coined the term "Stamos-ing". Please enjoy this fun filled episode chocked to the brim with new games and a rowdy game of LEARN AFTER READING!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 77 - Netflix Podcast with guests Dave Parker, Jared Rivet, and Dick Grunert
Another Wednesday, another great episode of Now Streaming Podcast, this week I had writer on Adventure Time, Dick Grunert, and hosts of the Dead Right Horror Trivia Dave Parker and Jared Rivet! After last weeks show we were to prompted to watch Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers, although I've seen the producers cut, I came to find out it was LIGHTYEARS different than the cut streaming on Netflix. Luckily, my guests were well versed in the story of the troubled past of this sixth installment of this iconic horror franchise. It's fun to remember that before Clueless, Paul Rudd went by "Paul Steven Rudd" and even though that film came out before H6... technically he was "introduced" to the world through The Curse of Michael Myers. Listen up to todays show and hear me introduce a new game aptly named "Demon Seamen" and play a revolutionary round of Learn After Reading!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 76 - Netflix Podcast with guests Jackson Stewart and Matt Thompson
It’s WEDNESDAY and that means it’s time for a new episode of the Now Streaming Podcast, this week I had a last minute cancellation, but my two guests came on and kicked ass with ease! Returning are two guests who have both gone to with the games... Jackson Stewart and Matt Thompson. So with them both going in undefeated, one would have to lose that title... one would have to be the Ronda Rousey... After last weeks show we were to talk about Meet My Valentine, although none of us are the films target demographic we were able to discuss the film with open minds. Plus Jackson got to share his killer Scott Wolf story. I was also able to work out a new game for this week as well as make Learn After Reading a little more exciting... thanks to the help of listener Justin Maybee! So please listen and get ready to enjoy yourselves!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 75 - Netflix Podcast with guests Brian Herzlinger, Brady Smith, and Buz Wallick
It's WEDNESDAY and that means it's time for a new episode of the Now Streaming Podcast, this week I was delighted to have the folks from Meet My Valentine (now on Netflix) producer Buz Wallick, director Brian Herzlinger, and co-star Brady Smith! In classic NS fashion I really didn't do much research and had no idea I had such talented people on this week... director of My Date With Drew, actor on Parks and Recreation, and that's just Brady Smith. Their film stars Scott Wolf and is about a cancer patient trying to prep for his death by finding a suitable mate for his wife... but not telling her he's dying. It was actually an unintentional perfect double feature with the film suggested from last week, In the Bedroom, a film about the family coping with the loss of their son. In my opinion it has all the charm of Death Sentence but at the pace of Mean Creek. But I'm only one opinion in the room of megalomaniacs who have minds of their own! They all have families and loved ones... Brady's wife is just a little more famous than others... I may have been wearing his wife Tiffani Amber Thiessen on my shirt. I talk to them and find out where this story originated as well as how it took FOUR YEARS to go from concept-to-content.... and just exactly where Buz Danger came into the picture... how does he find people? I put a little spin on the games this week which took a twisted turn of events - which quickly turned into a circle jerk of Grease 2 fans. Apparently, there's only two kinds of people... people who like Grease and those who like Grease 2. These three dudes were more than cool and will be making more appearances on the show if they'll let me force them to come back! Luckily, all you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy this weeks episode of Now Streaming Podcast. The only Netflix podcast worth a damn

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 74 - Netflix Podcast with guests Blake Reigle, Alistair Legrand, and Luke Harvis
Welcome back to another episode of Now Streaming Podcast, this week I was treated to a conversation with filmmaker Blake Reigle as well as the two people behind one of the newly announced Netflix original films Clinical, Alistair Legrand and Luke Harvis. They are also the filmmakers behind a film newly added to Netflix, The Diabolical. This week, we were suggested to watch Jennifer 8, a 90s thriller that flew under the radar and despite it's solid cast, award winning cinematographer, and top shelf director... lost money in the box office. It's about a murder that's been committed, but the only witness is a blind woman. Sounds like Daredevil's wet dream, doesn't it? It was across the board enjoyable, but had plenty of flaws that we pick apart. Luckily, Alistair and Luke were open to sharing a little exclusive look into their new film Clinical and a look into the development process and everything else up till now. Even got an invite to go record from set one night! So, this won't be the last you hear about Clinical. You should just sit back, relax, and enjoy this weeks episode of Now Streaming Podcast. The only Netflix podcast worth a damn!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 73 - Netflix Podcast with guests Barton Kimball, Greg Ephraim, and Brian Collins
Well hello internet! We're back in the full swing of things and this episode marks the return to all the Now Streaming games you've come to know and love. Today I brought on guests Bart Kimball who is a producer on The Voice, cinematographer of All Cheerleaders Die, Greg Ephraim, and movie reviewer for horrormovieaday.com & birthmoviesdeath.com Brian Collins. I decided to have my guests watch something I've never suggested before... a Netflix Original series. Each of us watched a different episode of the four-part series Chelsea Does... which is about Chelsea Handler educating herself on things she doesn't really understand... like technology, racism, drugs, and marriage. Things that privileged white women seem to be able to shield themselves from I suppose... It was interesting because none of us went in liking Chelsea's comedy (some not liking her as a person) and the outcome will surprise you... the group was split in half; two respecting Chelsea for her attempt and two finding a new reason to turn her face into a dart board. Outside of the series, my guests tell me what they've been watching and what movies they suggest to avoid. I also learn that I'm not the only one who puts their iPad on their belly and watches movies 30 minutes at a time as they fall asleep to the sounds of screams... I do, however, find out I'm the only one who gets erect whenever he hears a laugh track. But that's a story for a different time. You should just sit back, relax, and enjoy this weeks episode of Now Streaming Podcast. The only Netflix podcast worth a damn! Take a listen and don’t forget to check out Chelsea Does... then listen to this. Don't forget to subscribe to the show and rate it five stars!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 72 - Netflix Podcast with guests Jordan 'The Champ' Rosa, Dave Foy, and Rob Galluzzo
Well hello again! I'm back with another pod-mentary episode with three guests. This was a concept I've wanted to do for a while now and I couldn't have picked a better group of people to do it. I bring back Jordan 'The Champ' Rosa, actor Dave Foy, and writer and podcaster on Killer POV Rob Galluzzo! I surprised them by selecting Pay The Ghost, the newest of the Nic Cage movies... it's one of the better for sure. I am pretty sure listening to it with us is the best way to watch it. Jordan referred to it as a "Netflix and Chill" where if you're not paying attention, you'll enjoy it more! I filled them in on all what's new in the world of Netflix, and the 40+ new Netflix originals coming down the pike in 2016. Take a listen and don’t forget to check out Pay The Ghost while listening to this then subscribe to the show and rate it five stars!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 71 - Netflix Podcast with guest John Ruff
Well hello again! Sorry again about last week, I was wicked sick and didn't want to even put my voice on mic let alone invite someone over to the house to record. So this being our first episode of the new year, we're going off what Matt Thompson suggested last ep... which is the documentary about the terror that is sleep paralysis The Nightmare. I had seen it before but my guest, editor to the stars, John Ruff had not! So we did a fun little 'pod-mentary'. Don't worry, this time I took your advice and had an audio track for the film included. Hope you find it as fun as we did! Take a listen and don’t forget to check out Ernest Saves Christmas then subscribe to the show and rate it five stars!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 70 - Netflix Podcast with guests Matt Thompson, Jon Walkup, and Brendan Vaughan
Happy Holiday everyone! This is the last episode of the year and we're wrapping up with one of my favorite Christmas movies of all time... Ernest Saves Christmas, sure it's not great, sure it's filmed in Florida, but it's Ernest P. Worrell at his absolute finest. This week I was joined by filmmaker Jon Walkup, Brendan Vaughan, and returning guest (and the man who suggested Hellraiser: Revelations) Matt Thompson! Listen as we sink our teeth into Jon's hidden theory about this movie and the fact that Bobby, the friendly airport worker, died in the beginning of the film and spends the rest of the film haunting his partner. We also realize that Stanley Kubrick comes off a little oafish if you have him talk about his films with a Boston accent. I tried my best to Christmas-ify these games the best I could and I have to say... if you've ever wanted to hear the perfect mall Santa film starring Clint Eastwood, then you're in for a treat. Take a listen and don’t forget to check out Dear Zachary then subscribe to the show and rate it five stars!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 69 - Netflix Podcast with guests Katie Hawkins, Charlie Pieper, and Josh Forbes
This week we're going strong in the Holiday month with three great guests, producer of The Chosen Katie Hawkins, Charlie Peiper, and director of Contracted Phase II Josh Forbes! Thanks to last weeks episode we were all assigned to watch Dear Zachary, a film I'd only heard mutterings about... But when I told my guests to watch it before coming on I was given such comments as "fuck you" and "shit, this is a heavy one"... So I was put to the test this week, it was my mission to find a way to make this seemingly depressing film about a father murdered in cold blood funny... and if you know me or this podcast, you know that anything is possible and if I can't do it... no one can. Or maybe a trained comedian could. YOU DON'T HAVE ONE OF THOSE, YOU HAVE ME! Throughout the episode we cover a gamut of things especially the dead person:titty ratio that should be in all sad movies to help viewers cope with the tragedy. Although this weeks film was a bit of a downer, I'm looking forward to next weeks podcast with one of my all time favorite Christmas films! We revamp "Bio-Hazard" and give it a jolly ol' Chirstmas kick in the balls to spice it up! Then a cocky and quick round of "Learn After Reading" to cap off a great ep. Take a listen and don’t forget to check out Dear Zachary then subscribe to the show and rate it five stars!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 68 - Netflix Podcast with guests Ben Rock, Graham Denman, and Camilla Jackson
This week on the Now Streaming podcast, I'm joined by three returning guests. I brought on filmmaker Ben Rock, Star of Killing Time, Graham Denman, and Fangoria's Camilla Jackson! We all had the pleasure(?) of watching the foreign super hero kid classic Antboy: Revenge of the Red Fury... the reason we were told to watch this sequel instead of the original was an origin story. It was our job to see if we could find enjoyment in a film not knowing how a hero got their powers, spoiler alert, it wasn't very good. But I will say this, I was glad that we were all able to keep up and didn't need an origin to enjoy... using the word enjoy lightly. Little did I know, Graham had a surprise for Ben that he shared on the podcast that was 5 years in the making. We had a lot of fun and I'm excited to watch the show for next week, mainly because it's a critically acclaimed movie.. not a god damn piece of shit. Take a listen and don’t forget to check out Explorers then subscribe to the show and rate it five stars!

Now Streaming Podcast Episode 67 - Netflix Podcast with guests Scott Reynolds, Rob Galluzzo, and Jordan 'The Champ' Dobbs Rosa
Happy Thanksgiving week everyone! I want to give thanks to my guest Rob Galluzzo for hooking this up! So, you know how Jessica Jones is the new #1 show on Netflix? Well, todays episode I have writer/co-executive producer Scott Reynolds, who also wrote episodes of Dexter and The Following! Rob Galluzzo of Blumhouse.com hosts at his house because Scott is allergic to cats. Then lastly returning for his 50th time on the show, my man, THE CHAMP Jordan Dobbs Rosa! Today we talk about the disowned Joe Dante film Explorers in all its glory... and snorey... It was kinda boring at points. Funny enough, the conversation flowed so naturally that no one seemed to notice Rob didn't pipe up during it and later confessed that he didn't actually watch the film! It's ok though, he gets the pass. Not only that, we go into it with Scott about Jessica Jones and all it's glory. I got to say my piece about the insanely underwhelming fight in episode two and was reassured that it was for a reason and the show makes up for it in spades as episodes go on. Also, found out a little fun fact, although the show seems to get away with murder (literally) the Marvel bro-code says you can't ever say the F-word... bet you thought you heard a few in Jessica Jones... didn't you? Little nuggets like that and MORE in this weeks great power packed episode of Now Streaming! Take a listen and don’t forget to check out Explorers then subscribe to the show and rate it five stars! Now Streaming Podcast Episode 66 - Netflix Podcast with guests Galen Howard, Jackson Stewart, and Alistair Legrand
ANOTHER great episode on this great Wednesday! Check out todays show with returning guest Jackson Stewart, actor Galen Howard, and director of the new horror film The Diabolical Alistair Legrand. Because of last weeks show, we were prompted to watch Robert Altman's film 3 Women... I'll be honest it was my first Altman film ever and much to my surprise it was pretty well received by all of us. Listen as we continue to celebrate Nic Cage November by trying a new game dedicated to the 5-headed mysterious master himself, Nicolas Cage. Then we play a pretty solid game of Learn After Reading, but I've got to say you'll be surprised by the outcome. Hope you enjoy!
