Accepting No
I’m sharing a breakthrough that I had with my son. Recently, I was in a bothered state of mind over something my little man did (and continues to do). And after he did it, it felt as though everything in my life was getting on my nerves and I was irritated to no end it seemed. The truth is though, everything wasn’t getting on my nerves. I was letting this interaction that happened between my son and I mean more than what it was and allowed my imagination to create a disempowered story, and through that lens, every moment that followed was not joyful, in fact, it was downright awful. So what happened? Well let me tell you what happened through the story I created and then I’ll really tell you what happened ok?
