Not Already Equal Pay (The Fix)
Featuring this week – one of the episodes of the US panel show The Fix (hosted by Jimmy Carr). We went for the gender pay gap one because we are women. We hope this light relief will help to distract you from the global disaster that has happened since recording. That made it sound like the two are connected. They are not. Neither bats nor pangolins were mentioned once in this recording. Time for the stats... Talking over each other rating – pretty f**king good to be honest. But we did have to remove a lot of sighs. Number of 'yeahs' – again, v high. Units of alcohol consumed – Budweiser. The most appropriate hashtag for this one is #feminismism. (PS I think the BudPod guys have talked on their podcast since about female-named hurricanes so I would like to just point out that we recorded this way before that episode.)
