In the United States, there are 59 operational nuclear power plants. One of those is the Indian Point Energy Center in Buchanan, New York. The House and Senate both passed the Purge Act, and the President just signed it into law. On one day a year, all crime, including murder is legal. Only those with massive amounts of money (like celebrities, entrepreneurs, lottery winners) and high political or social status will be safe (like the POTUS, Congress, Cabinet Members, the Supreme Court Justices).
