What to do When Everything Feels Too Hard
Why is this taking so long? Will I have to do SO much forever? Does this content creation ever end? We get into such a funk when we feel overwhelmed at what we think it takes to build a business. The key to reducing the overwhelm is to understand why each task is important and to really check in to see if it does actually need to be done after all. The next step is to remain in a place of empowerment and not accidentally start acting like a victim of your business. The purpose of everything you are doing is to build a strong foundation, so the people you care about can get the help that they need. What you don’t realise is that everything you are labelling as difficult or exhausting also holds the keys to your personal and business development, if you know how to look at it properly. To Stand Out You Have to Take a Stand
The primary obstacle towards your next level as a coach or consultant is your ability to describe what you do, and your consistency in which you share that message. Although it sounds straight forward, we must make sense to the people we are trying to attract. Most early stage coaches despite their best efforts, do not in fact make sense - and they don't realise it. They then wonder why their sales, marketing and engagement strategies fail and make incorrect conclusions about themselves, their capacity and the process of business itself. The number one block we have in defining our work in a way others can understand first comes from not choosing to be known for solving a particular problem.
