Today, I sit down with Emily Breeze, 2x CrossFit Games Athlete, D1 College Athlete, Personal + Group Trainer, plus so much more, and discuss the power of living a fit, healthy life before, during and after her three pregnancies. From Trainer-to-Trainer, we break down how important it is to listen to your body and remember, "the gym is where you are." With so much going on, incorporating balance is a great jumping-off point. You don't need an hour every single day; sometimes, it's squatting your babies in the driveway and chasing them around the yard. Finding a workout habit that is fun, motivating, and engaging is the most important factor when it comes to sticking to it. Second to that is finding a supportive person or crew of people who help you along the way. There is no perfect equation, but Emily and I both agree on this: It is your responsibility to surround yourself with supportive people who want to see you succeed at that healthy lifestyle you've grown to love.
