I Cost Him Money- I got Yelled at By a Personal Training Client Today

Ive been training Santino for just about 2 years now. He came to me as a broken down dude in his 50's. He was fed up with his the way his body looked. He felt like crap and just really wanted to get into shape. He felt at 55 that his best days were behind him. He loved to lift weights but would always get hurt. Its as almost as if he went to one of those gimmicky weight lifting places or even fruit theory! What we did for Santino was put him on a progression based strength training program where we focused on the movements that utilized the most amount of muscle which helped him to morph his physique. We also combined this with a system of flexible dieting that allowed him to eat whatever he wanted while still getting healthier than ever. Santino is down almost 10% body fat which puts him close to single digits in body fat and he managed to put on about 12lbs of solid muscle! This drastically changed his physique!
