5 Must-have custom audiences to use in your Facebook ads
In this episode I give you my take on the 5 must-have custom audiences to use in your Facebook ads. There are so many options for targeting, but most of the time we think about cold audiences first. Of course those are important, because we want to attract new people to our business, but we shouldn't forget our warm audience. Often our warm audience is much more ready to purchase, so these 5 custom audiences are a must-have in my opinion. Tune in to learn about these audiences so that you can start using them in your ads too.

Analysing Facebook ads results - what’s what?
Today I want to talk about analysing your Facebook ads results, what to look at and what it means. Facebook ads manager dashboard gives you a lot of information and it can be quite overwhelming if you’re not familiar with it or know what you’re looking for. When you open up the dashboard you’ll be presented with the default columns that focus on performance. It’s a really good start, but it doesn’t quite give you all of the information you’d want to be looking at. But before we dive into the ads manager reporting dashboard, let’s take a step back. The first step in analysing your results is to look at your goal. What did you set out to achieve with your ads? This will help you determine what you need to look at in terms of your reporting, at least your end result. Tune in to learn more about how to analyse your Facebook ads results 🎧

The magic of retargeting ads for e-commerce
At the time of this podcast episode going live I’ve just opened the next live round of my Facebook Ads for Online Stores course and I can’t wait to teach another group of awesome online store owners how to run their own Facebook ads. In this episode I want to talk about retargeting ads for e-commerce and why they’re so good. According to Business Insider it turns out that 97% of people who visit your website for the first time leave without buying anything. That’s quite a drop, and unfortunately it’s something that you can’t do much about.Unless you can bring them back to your website. That’s exactly what retargeting is. A retargeting campaign is a campaign to remind website visitors of your products and services after they leave your website without buying. Tune in to learn more 🎧

3 Ways to use Facebook advertising to grow a waitlist of clients
Facebook ads can help you with attracting new customers, as long as you think about how you want to go about this.So in this episode I want to talk through 3 ways to use Facebook ads to grow a waitlist of clients. This episode is most relevant to people with service based businesses and course creators, but if you own an e-commerce business you’ll probably get some ideas from this episode too. When you are a service provider, coach, course creator or someone who sells high ticket items, and with high ticket I mean over $300 - $500, you will find that before someone buys from you, they spend a bit of time getting to know you and your business.People generally don’t invest a chunk of money with someone they don’t know. It does happen occasionally but it’s not common. So to use Facebook ads to sell something to someone who has never heard of your business is extremely difficult, as well as extremely expensive. People need to get to know you first. In this episode I'll share 3 ways you can use Facebook ads to grow a waitlist of clients.

5 Business lessons I learned in 2020
This is it. The end of the year. The last episode of 2020. When we started this year I actually didn’t know that I was going to launch a podcast.Honestly, I normally plan everything very carefully but this year has thrown everyone some curveballs I think, and I had to roll with the punches a little bit more.I think this past year has been one of the hardest years for me in business, in terms of juggling client work, managing my business, having my toddler at home full-time for 4 months and also having my husband working from home since July.It has definitely been a roller coaster and a juggle but we all found our rhythm and made it work. We have come out stronger. On the flip side, it has also been one of my best years in business. I have a small list of clients that I absolutely love working with and financially it has been one of my best years since giving birth to my daughter and working part-time hours. For everyone who is still on the rollercoaster of lockdowns and homeschooling, I’m sending you lots of love and from someone who has been there, done that, I can honestly say that for us it was worth it. We now have most of our freedom back and are living in a new ‘covid normal’ world. I’m sending you lots of love and strength. You will get out of this stronger, you’ve got this. For today’s episode I wanted to look back and share some lessons that I learned this past year. Some are things I instinctively knew, some are things I didn’t know I could do. Hopefully these lessons will help or inspire you for the year that’s to come.
