60. Legacy- Where Fatherhood and Entrepreneurship Meet w/Navy Seal Brian Dougherty
Brian Dougherty, "I started Declan James Watch Co for my sons."    "There are many similarities between the “lessons learned” as a Navy SEAL and entrepreneurship. It is not just about creating watches with fine craftsmanship, flawless design, or uncompromising standards.   It's also about his desire to create a meaningful legacy and a company that his sons can be proud of for generations to come. This is why to us; watchmaking is not just a business - it's a time-honored tradition.   Every Declan James piece pays tribute to the heritage of watchmaking.
