Socialism is an economic, social and political theory advocated on state control of the major means of production. Factory system was manufacturing process that was introduced in the late 18th century when concentration of industries took place during the Brotish Industrial revolution in replacement of the Domestic system which applied hand tools (simple machinery). Originally, Factory system was marked by application of water power later replaced by Steam Engine for cloth weaving industties owned by industrial urban bourgeiosie by concentrating workers in towns/cities. It was characterised by the use of machinery, centralised work place, division of labour, unskilled workers taught simple tasks, and standardised parts for the products.

The New World was discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1492. Initially, he had landed at the New Founded Land, an Island at the eastern shore of the modern United States of America (USA). Christopher Columbus was sent by the Spanish monarchy to explore the new land for trade and domination at the same time to get the new passage to Asia. The earliest inhabitants of the New World were the Red Indies. The whites were the second major race to settle in the New World. Thirdly, African slaves made the most productive and exploited race to land and settle in the New World as a result of Triangular Slave Trade. Slave trade was a catastrophy to Africa. Though was abolished in early 19th century, slaver system was instituted by the American first constitution of 1780s. From the New World, the continent was renamed North America wheres the English colonisers were dominant until 1776 when American indepwndence was declared by Gen. George Washington. The constituition created the new state (USA) comprising 52 former colonies. Today, USA is a leading world super power.
