Trees are being killed in South Africa by a small beetle

Holiday Letting scammers hit Ballito
a Ballito resident, Greg Kruger, a local Estate Agent, caught a scammer red-handed this week when he noticed a property he has a sole mandate on being advertised on Gumtree under the Holiday Rental category. There are three problems with this revelation: 1. Greg Kruger knows the owner of the house 2. He definitely did not list it on Gumtree for Holiday Rental 3. Listeriosis outbreak in South Africa has been contained
Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi has announced that the Listeria outbreak in South Africa is officially over. One of the deadliest epidemics of Listeriosis resulted in more than 203 deaths. It is still unknown how the bacteria landed up in our processed meats. According to Motsoaledi, all 157 processed meat factories in South Africa have undergone an inspection by WHO health inspectors. It has been revealed that Expropriation of land without compensation has harshly affected the affordable housing market. One company reports that the demand for affordable housing dropped by over 40% in the past two months as homeowners or potential homeowners believe that they will be given a free house - removing them from the buyers pool.
