His dissertation research analyzed the economic impact of landmines in Cambodia. He conducted original and ground-breaking research, proposing specific policies to address landmine-specific problems. As a professor, Wade has over 18 years of experience teaching more than 20 distinct courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. In addition to his role as an academic, Wade also founded Roberts Forensics, where he provided forensic economic services to a range of clients for more than 10 years. Wade regularly visits Cambodia to better understand poverty and determine sustainable solutions to poverty reduction. Wade transitioned from his role as a professor and forensic economist to pursue his passion relating to poverty alleviation, by helping to establish Become More. Wade is dedicated to providing the needed education and opportunity that will empower people living in extreme poverty to break free from the poverty trap. Wade enjoys reading, swimming, playing the piano, and traveling with his family.  MPF Discussion with Ian Haycroft Glimpsing Peace Through the Looking Glass of Failure with Ian Haycroft About Ian Ian is a kinesiologist who came to that work via a circuitous route. He left Australia in 1977 to "find his guru" in India on what was planned to be a one-year trip. He returned to Australia 22 years later having lived and worked in the United States and China and with his wife Kim began the process of raising their six children. Landing in Australia at 47 years of age with a family to support, the question "what am I going to do when I grow up?" arose and demanded a new answer. From that time Ian discovered a love for kinesiology and realised the guru he was looking for in 1977 was actually already within. He and Kim's children grew to explore their own lives, Ian helped build his kinesiology practice and a financial services business. Now living in rural Australia, Ian continues his Clearmindway practice online, and is working with others to expand the capacity for conscious communities to work together across the globe. Aanandha Sharurajah MPF Discussion Stroke of Gratitude with Aanandha Sharurajah Aanandha Sharurajah is the founder and chair of, a top beauty, spa, and wellness company based in Singapore. In 2012, as the company was reaching its peak of success with $35 million in group sales per year, he suffered a debilitating stroke that rendered his right side paralyzed. Refusing to resign himself to a tragic fate, Aanandha harnessed a forward-looking perspective and began a journey of self-discovery toward recovery. Now a stroke advocate, he shares his story to bring hope to other survivors and provide early education to those at risk. He is a member of the Singapore National Stroke Association and was a participant at the 13th World Stroke Congress in 2021.  Aanandha’s passion for helping those in need is not limited to stroke victims. In 2002, he cycled 750 kilometers from Ipoh to Singapore in four days for charity. Between 2009 and 2011, Aanandha spearheaded a movement among spa owners to rescue over ten thousand spa customers left in a lurch after countless spas closed. His success and advocacy in business won him the Spirit of Enterprise Award in 2009.  Aanandha attended Brunel University, where he received second class honours in medicinal and agricultural chemistry.
