This week is the first week on your running journey and we are thrilled to be able to help you take these first steps towards being a 5k runner. We are going to run for 1 minute, then walk for 2 minutes. We’ll do that twice. Then we’ll run for 2 minutes and walk for two minutes, and we’ll do that twice. Finally, we’ll do 1 minute running and 2 minutes walking twice.
