Mperfect – “Wait, oh, you said sppiiirrritttt in the sky”. “Sex, Disability, and Religion”
Didn’t you love that song… by Mr. Greenbaum? The simple lyrics and that amazin’ guitar helped make that song an instant classic. But, then you hear the back up singers. They sound like a group of witches tryin’ to turn a cackle into singing. It’s hard to get that perfect mix. Somethings that should go together only seem more strange when put next to each other. Miss Toy and Anne Preciado Rich decide to have a lil’ church today. Anne Preciado Rich has spent the last 30 years or so investigating the deeper, weirder nature of human existence.Although she was born and raised in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, in the mid-1970s she moved to the north San Francisco Bay area to enroll in the Psychology program at Sonoma State University. However, having found a much more interesting education in the local nightclubs and bars, she never finished her first semester. Instead she found work as a seamstress, fitness instructor, cocktail waitress, bartender and radio disc jockey before she at last returned to SSU to obtain a BA in Psychology with a minor in Marketing.Aside from working as an administrative assistant in Admissions & Records and the Biology Department, she received her Master’s degree in Psychology, taught psychology classes for a few years, and laid the foundation for this book and two others.Check her out at : www.aprich.net Clap your hands and say Amen. “Pssst, what time is the prayer meeting? Mperfect – “I will survive, Hit the Road Jack, and Love’s a Battlefield”. “Sex, and Divorce”
Didn’t you love these songs? The simple lyrics and a catchy chorus helped make them instant classics. But, then you realize what the song is really about. They are talking about separation, heartbreak and ultimately divorce. It’s hard to get that perfect mix. No matter if it’s in a song or a marriage. Somethings that should go together really don’t. Miss Toy and Cindy Holbrook have their Mp3 players on and ready . Cindy Holbrook, is a certified divorce life coach. She has been coaching divorced women for 20 years; Helping them to deal with their emotions, raise children, find jobs, become self sufficient, dating after divorce, remarriage, gain self confidence and create the life of their dreams. Cindy divorced after a 20 year emotionally abusive marriage. Cindy has had her own coaching practice since 2009. She has found that many women are suffering from divorce and that there is little support to be found. It seems that people seem to dismiss the pain of those going through a divorce. They will say things like “good riddance” and “you are better off without him.” The truth is that you must go through a grieving process to accept the loss of your relationship as well as the hopes and dreams that you had for it. It is only then that you can stand on your own two feet and create a happy and fulfilling life. You can reach Cindy Holbrook at http://CoachingForDivorcedWomen.com So, how would the most interesting man in the world leave his lover? “Pssst, he wouldn’t. The lover would leave him. But, don’t forget to listen to Mperfect.”

However, there are two that I have grown to love rather recently…. The Queen of Hearts and Jack Sprat. Although their meanings deal with politics…. I like looking at them more superficially. I mean I can’t be the only person who thought of pussy and broken hearts when reading these for the first time…right?! Put on your magic glasses…. . Mperfect – “Gloom, despair and agony on…… who?” Sex and depression”
Why are all tv families generally happy? Why? Because they get to have some of life’s tough questions answered and resolved in 30 minutes You see, if your name was Evans, Cosby, or Carrington…it didn’t matter…no problem was too big. Within 30 to 60 minutes all would be well in wonderland. But, that is the boob-tube (lol, I said boob),and this is real life we are talking about…right? 30 to 60 minutes..pfff! We may need a bit more time to hack our way thru the sadness and confusion. Here is another question… . Does anyone ever feel sad and sexy? Does that brick of tears or bag of anger make a person disabled? What if your depression climbs in bed with you? Well, let’s get a handle on this shall we….? Miss Toy and Sherry Anshara are having a energizing conversation. Sherry Anshara has been a successful business leader in the corporate world. After a near death experience in a devastating accident, Sherry’s life completely changed and she lost everything. Although life as she knew and loved it disappeared, this allowed her to conceive the process that the human body uses to internalize its external experiences. She saw how emotional information is physically embedded, how cellular memories are connected to negative belief systems, and how this process creates discomfort and disease. Sherry is one of a kind. Turn up the volume and let’s learn more about Sex and Depression. Drop that tv remote. It’s time for Mperfect!!

Mperfect – “Remember the disc camera? Sex, Disability, and Film”
The first movie I ever saw on an “indoor theater” was Star Wars. It was awesome. Since that time I have had a love affair w/movies. I love independent, made for tv, and even low-budget movies. But, isn’t film suppose to reflect true life? I mean just a lil’ bit? Why are there hardly ever any disabled characters in movies? Why are disabled characters only able to over come anything if they are helped by an able-bodied characters? Is it so bad to watch a mentally disabled character have sex on screen? Ok, so bring in the stunt double. Mperfect with your host, Miss Toy, talks with Dr. Mark Schoen about sex, disability, and film. Mark Schoen received a Ph.D. from New York University’s Human Sexuality program in 1980. Working as a Health Educator in the early 1970’s in a New York public school system he developed a sexual health program and began producing short films. Mperfect – “How do you spell s-k-i-n-n-y b-i-t-c-h?” Sex and obesity”
I am pretty good with acronyms. Here are two pretty easy ones: GMTA and LMK. I like puzzles, riddles, and challenges in general. This got me to thinking about challenges in a more specific instance. Weight. Can your weight be problematic for your sex-life? Does being bone thin or pleasantly plump count as a disability? What if your weight becomes a challenge? And what do you do, if the so called resolutions like diet, surgery, and medication offered mismatched answers? Look deeply into my eyes, Miss Toy and Dr Amy Marsh are having a spellbinding conversation. Dr. Amy Marsh is a board certified clinical sexologist, AASECT certified sex counselor, and certified hypnotist in private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area. She studied at the Institute for Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco and learned hypnosis at the Center for Hypnotherapy in Oakland. She is also a sex educator and writer. Mperfect – “Psst..she’s like a broken typewriter”. Sex, Disability, and Contraception”
I truly know nothin’ about birthin’ babies. Years ago, my friend Carol announced to everyone at a dinner party that her I.U.D had somehow slipped out and was now on the loose.
