Osteoarthritis isn't going to hold me back
Our guest Timmie Labér Craig has FAI. A web search for the condition will tell you that Femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) is a caused by extra bone which grows along one or both of the bones that form the hip joint giving the bones an irregular shape. Because they do not fit together perfectly, the bones rub against each other during movement. Timmie's story began after running and feeling pain which led to a complete stop in her movement but this story is so much more. After diagnosis and surgery she returned to running and made staggering progress. She's an inspiration to speak to and you can here her interview here on Motivation Fuel

The making of a running mentor
12 years ago and with concerns about his health weight Eamonn Brady decided he needed to change his life and started running. Now he's a coach and mentor to many and despite being an accomplished runner from 5k to 100 miles on every type of terrain, he more often than not runs with others to motivate and encourage. Each week you can see him at Princes parkrun giving encouragement and runners of every type. He setup a social run called the Happy Bus which leaves each week with different passengers every Sunday.
