#16 Sitting in the Sh!t....
In today's episode, I share about my past few weeks and what's been helping me as I process some old patterns that have come up.... As a Law of Attraction Coach, despite having many tools to help raise my vibration, I know that I really have to ALLOW my feelings - not reacting and responding, but really feeling into them allowing them to pass through to be released. I've been observing the reflection of my external reality (especially in my home) vs my internal world, and it's been so fascinating! I have become ok with sitting in my mess - physically and emotionally, without forcing something different. In the past, I have tried to force my way out or put extreme pressure upon myself to change. Right now, our baggage is arising for a reason. Ā it is needing to be let go of. Ā To do this we have to acknowledge it and recognize these old patterns and thought processes - many are not even ours! Ā They were handed to us by others and it's time to release them or send them back. #15 "I deserve what I want and I want it now!"
The question of being deserving. "Deserving" is not even a thing in the higher realms! Here I discuss information given by Theo (a channeled consciousness of 12 Archangels) about how we are expected to DEMAND the things we want! Theo said we are too timid in our asking. Ā We need to demand what we want from the Universe. Ā Spirit/Source/God is waiting for the asking! No offense is taken by Source/The Universe! Ā We can demand what is our birthright. Ā Theo said you need to say "I deserve this and I want it now! Ā I am a Devine Master Being and I deserve and demand my desires to be met." Toddlers demand what they want because they know they are worthy - there is no question of their deservedness! When we make a demand from the bank with a cheque, we don't judge it, we "demand" it because we know it's ours. Most are taught we are not worthy and to speak to "God" this way is blasphemous. Erm.... NO. Infinite Intelligence tells us to live BOLDLY and make the demands of the Universe. Ā  Theo also wisely advised to "be judicial in our asking" to make sure you want to receive it. So important that we pay attention to what it is we want in order to manifest that. As a Law of Attraction Coach and Spiritual Mentor, I believe it's my job to remind people how powerful we are, keep focused on what we want and make others aware of how to manifest and the true nature of reality. I hope this information makes you feel so good - it did me! Ā It totally resonates with my heart and I love being reminded of my Divinity and deservedness. I want you to feel this too. šŸ’œ

#14 Stifling your Creativity & Purpose, and being available for your Joy.
Here I'm sharing my journey about putting my work out into the world. Ā How sad I felt stifling my gifts through fear of others. Resistance vs Out of alignment. What is waiting to be birthed by you? What are the gifts you have to give to the world? Are we out of alignment or are we stifling it because of fear? Are you keeping yourself dimmed down? My joy comes from giving my gifts! #13 I'm scared of negative thinking! - What if I attract something bad?
A lot of info in this one, but let it all sink into your consciousness, and as always, just take what resonates with you! Some people don't believe in the Law of Attraction as they have dabbled but find themselves being more anxious and worried than ever as they panic about their thoughts!  They worry about attracting something bad and so choose to not believe it and leave their life set in "default mode". This is such a shame and is only down to a misunderstanding of how our Emotional Guidance System works. Here I discuss why it's not about "just thinking positive" and how we don't need to worry about every single thought we think, and the reason why worrying about it is actually a good thing! When we feel "negative" emotion, it just means we are out of alignment with our Source and our Guidance System is working well. Everything is vibration and understanding this powerful law and how all our emotions are just guidance, brings such releif! I talk about how time is a buffer for our manifestations which is a great help in order for us to reconsider how we want to feel in each moment. Learning to use our emotions as a Guidance System is a process to help us manifest and allow the things we want. All this knowledge helps us to create what we want more consciously.  We are powerful, and our focus and choice is how we create. I talk a lot about our words and how they are magic.  Our thought-energy becomes our vibrational tone and how the absolute key is AWARENESS to how we feel. We must remember that we can't get it wrong. #12 Do you believe your level of JOY is limited?
Where are you limiting your joy? Do you believe your level of joy is limited? Are you buying into the beliefs of others? If so, how is this belief working out for you?! As with everything, our beliefs create our reality and so by bringing these beliefs into our conscious awareness, can totally shift the reality we are experiencing. Today I touch on "toxic positivity" and my triggers around this area! Ā There is a line between promoting that we need to be happy all the time - and accepting and working through our humanness in order to become happy and raise our vibration and learn the skill of bouncing back quicker! Ā Because surely this is what everyone wants? Ā  Perhaps we just don't believe its possible and I am here to remind you that you get to decide!. As children we are taught that its not ok to be not ok and this is limiting our joy! Ā Loving and accepting ourselves now, and learning how to use our emotional guidance system is the key to living a more joyful (not perfect!) life. The beauty is, we do get to choose and it's my work to raise awareness of the ways we can do this. You CAN live a joyful life and the first step is to CLAIM IT!!Ā  As always, don't forget to take responsibility for your energy and what you choose to take on as your own. #11 Where are you dimming your light?
This episode was inspired by something that happened to me last week at my son's Tennis Camp. Ā It got me thinking about all the ways we hold back from shining because of the fear of triggering others or feeling judged by them. Ā Some of the reasons we dim our light are subconscious and so grab your journal and use this as an opportunity to shine a light on where you're dimming your light! #10 Find thoughts that feel better for deliberate manifestation.
Welcome to Episode #10 I feel this information is so important in the message I want to deliver.Ā There are many things we can consciously do each day to raise our vibration and experience more joy and this episode touches on something very powerful. Ā Here I explain that we don’t even have to change our ā€œlimiting beliefsā€ in order to get what we want, but what we do have to do instead. Ā To manifest and create the life that we want, and everything that goes along with it, we have to bring our thoughts into alignment with what it is we want. If we want a slender body but are always thinking ā€œI am fatā€, not gonna happen no matter what diet we are on. If we desire to be wealthy and are always thinking about lack, not gonna happen. I only really touch on it here but I’m giving examples of thoughts that feel better on sensitive subjects like health and the government.Ā  Ā I hope at some point a lightbulb moment goes on because this is valuable information, not only to create a more enjoyable, fulfilling abundant life, but to shift the entire planet into one we enjoy living on.Ā  Ā Here I am reading some examples from a book by Abraham Hicks called The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent.Ā  I feel this information is so important in the message I want to deliver.Ā There are many things we can consciously do each day to raise our vibration and experience more joy and this episode touches on something very powerful. #9 Your beautiful body wants your attention! (True Self Care Practice)
Welcome to Episode #9! Weird, but I have no recollection of these 19 minutes where I chatted into my phone. The time just went in an instant. However I wanted to share this little gem which I heard recently from my QHHT Practitioner and I am glad my kiddies allowed me this little bit of time to sneak away and record. What I share is a truly a gift for you to use in your self care and self love routine, as often as you can. Please don’t underestimate the power of these simple things! Ā Your body indeed has its own consciousness and is a whole Universe in itself! Ā You can really make such a difference to its world (and of course yours) by communicating with it more. #8 How to talk to kids about creating our reality & taking responsibility for our life.
In this episode I go off on little tangents (you should be used to me by now!) but in the main wanted to talk about how we talk to our children about the Law of Attraction, creating our own reality and taking responsibility. The concept of finding fault when we experience something unwanted in our life leaves us powerless, yet many choose to blame everything outside of us for the parts of our life that we don’t like, and take responsibility for only the good stuff! Blaming is disempowering. End of. i do share some of my personal journey and how I’ve felt disempowered most of my life! - But there is a way we can teach and show our children their power without blaming anyone or having to find fault. Here I discuss some of the things I do with my kids - and mainly what I don’t do! I didn’t mention but I don’t ā€œteachā€ them anything, I just continue to BE the example and share my own journey with my kids. They see me using processes to shift my thinking and my energy and I believe this is the best thing I can do in order to lead the way in them living an empowered life too. I have hardly finished on this subject - lots more to share about this but this is fine for now! I touch on the subjects of illness and finances - and although sensitive subjects, know that when I talk about ā€œbeliefsā€, what I mean is how we think. A belief is just a thought that we have kept thinking and so we have wired in strong neural pathways and created a way of thinking that can either serve us, or not. I also talk about my passion of emotions and yet again touch on how our Guidance System works and this too we can share with our children. As always, take what resonates with you and leave the rest. #7 Five Ways You Can Create More Time! (Great for busy mums!)

#6 HypnoLifeing - applying Hypnobirthing to your life! And the 68 Seconds Technique
I found some child-free time to record this episode in the bath! Here I felt inspired to talk about the power of Hypnobirthing and how it can help mums achieve a calm and relaxed birth, and how we can use the same principles to achieve a calm and relaxed life! For anyone who has used Hypnobirthing techniques - reconditioning the mind for the birth you want and not letting in any other thoughts - you know how successful it is in helping women feel calm and relaxed during their birth with many mothers experiencing the birth they desire. Then why are we not obsessing over using these techniques to align our thoughts to bring us the life we desire?! I chat a little bit about my births and how I used Hypnobirthing - but this led on to me talking about a powerful technique for you to use which can raise your vibration anytime you choose. It’s an easy Abraham Hicks tool called The 68 Second Process and it enables you to start tuning into the frequency of what it is you want immediately. Remember that the Law of Attraction is constantly responding to your vibration and so don’t underestimate the power of using this simple process daily! *Note - Hypnobirthing is not all about ā€œjust being positiveā€. It’s also encouraged for underlying fears to be addressed and brought to the surface in order to let them go.*

#5 How we Deliberately Create with Focus and Choice. (And the time I was called a Hypocrite!)
So this is a rough explanation of the silly reason I stopped airing this podcast after Episode #4, and how it turned into a lesson..... I also have a new jingle (although it makes me cringe a little bit, ha ha) which explains perfectly what I am about! Experiencing more joy in motherhood, raising your vibration and deliberately creating a beautiful life! In this Episode I talk about how we as infinite spiritual Beings create by Focus and Choice. And how once we learn the rules of the Game of Life, we can learn to create what we want more deliberately, as well as our choice in which to respond to what is unwanted. As usual, I chat away about this amazing subject and ask you a few questions which may help you shine a light on your current challenges and how perhaps you may be ā€œcreating by defaultā€, rather than consciously choosing your focus. Reminders - We don’t have to be perfect. We don’t have to stop thinking ā€œnegative thoughtsā€, just how we choose to respond to them. We must be kind to ourselves and accept where we are. #4 The Life Changing Magic of The F-Word! (Forgiveness) And other menstrual rants šŸ™ƒ
This Episode of the Mothers who Manifest Podcast is all about the Life Changing Magic of the F-Word! It’s the week before I turn 40 and I really enjoyed recording this. It got me all excited!! The first half of this episode is all about the power of forgiveness, and I have to be honest, it wasn’t until last week I truly realised what an important step this is on our journey of growth. It’s crucial for our joy and abundance and yet I recon this is one of the hardest things to actually do and the easiest thing to skip over and pretend it doesn’t matter. I explain how I have a big personal thing to truly Forgive Into Love, and I plan to start the process over this next week. ā¤ļø Also I share an amazing story about how forgiveness actually effects our alpha brainwaves and the effect it can have on our lives. (Look out for my future blog on HOW to forgive, I’ve almost finished it!) I also talk about why I deleted some of my posts this week, and I touch on a mini rant that I had in my Mother’s who Manifest Group about what we need to do if we really want to manifest money, good relationships and great health. This is important stuff and is all in line with My Word of The Year which is JOY. I will be looking at making these Podcasts more bite sized so they will be easier to listen to, (I talk too much! šŸ˜) but I figure it will all come together eventually! #3 Being responsible for the energy we bring.....Switching from negative to positive.
I had a wobble earlier this week about my message. Sometimes I feel very different in trying to pursue a positive outlook and so I asked for guidance and share here my wonderful received response! We are responsible for the energy we project onto the planet and mass consciousness is intent on focusing on the negative - on what we don’t want. Complaining and making ourselves victims. It takes courage to take a stand for the Highest Good and speak our truth! I speak about walking away from conversations that don’t feel good and switching from negative into positive. Today I promised myself I would just FDI and press publish! My Word of The Year (2019) is JOY, and I explain what I want to achieve by doing this podcast (beside just loving to talk!) my intention for this podcast is inspiring you to grow through joy, helping you stay in alignment. Ā I talk about what alignment means to me, and allowing your beautiful life through deliberate creation - not by default. It’s not about perfection - it’s about awareness.
