When you do this, you will start to notice all of the little things that bring you joy· You’ll spend the day LOOKING for small moments to appreciate.· Knowing you have to write 5 things down in the morning, you’ll take a mental note to remember this moment for tomorrow, so you're always looking for gratitude throughout the day.- I always try and think of the things that made me smile yesterday, that filled me with joy. Is there anything you need from ? What are you feeling today? It is okay to feel this." and close your eyes and say everything you are grateful for.
