If you don't have any goals then that means you don't have anything that you want to strive for or hit. If you don't have something you want to reach, then what's the point?  Isn't there a purpose to you having a business? And if you don't know what those goals are, how are you going to create a strategy, a roadmap to hit those goals. The purpose of you owning a business is to make money. That's really the bottom line, if not then you should have a non-profit. The purpose of a business is to make money. Yes, it is also to help people or provide them with something etc. but the underlying thing is for you to make money. In order for your business to grow, in order for your business to make money, in order for you to make money so you can help more people, you have to know what you want to achieve in the next year.
