I have been the go to person for any and everyone and I had to learn to just say No! I have to stop juggling all these tasks and handle MY business. Do what I needed to be done for once and not feel bad about telling someone I can’t help them.

We have to learn to heal ourselves properly instead of looking to someone else to heal us. We have to look at our issues and problems as mental, emotional, and spiritual as if we were looking at a physical wound. Now let’s take the steps together to heal they way we should so we don’t end up even more danger or cause damage to others from our toxicity of hurt.
