Customer Loyalty: It’s Easier Than You Think
Let’s set the stage for your long-term success by having customer loyalty through a low-end offer. That’s what most coaches, consultants, advisors, and even therapists don’t do. They think it’s all about high-ticket programs and it really isn’t. So, let me get very clear with you. Although your mid-range offer and your high-end offer are likely to bring in the most money, I want to make sure that you have a very strong starting point. You do this by having a low-ticket offer. I want you to add a low-end product (not a service) that your clients can purchase. That’s a good way for your potential client family members to get a sense of who you are, what you provide, and what kind of value you bring. Pricing Strategies: Increase Profit Like A Pro
Having proper pricing strategies in place can contribute to the success of your business. If you set your prices too high, you may miss out on sales. If you set them too low, you may be doing yourself a disservice. Deciding how much to charge for your product or service requires more thought than simply calculating your costs. So, let me help you out with this. Think about how many people you want to work with for each offer that you have. How many people do you want to work with during the year? Yes, it’s true that more clients can equal more revenue. Something to consider in that respect is that with more clients, comes more work. Charging a more premium price may allow you to gain a similar income while giving you time to focus on other things - like your family, friends and health. I want you to determine your revenue goal for each offer that you have and exactly how many clients you want at each of those particular price points. How many clients do you need to meet that goal? Think about how much value you are providing with each particular offer. What are the benefits that you are giving people and how much is that worth to a client? Put yourself in your client's shoes. Consider their financial status. What is the amount that they have to invest? How much time does it take to achieve results with your offer? From there, determine what price feels right. Product Naming: How to Stand Out
Product naming can be tough. However, this is essential to the success of your system, program, or method. This name will be the first thing a prospective client reads or hears about your service. It will highlight what you do and provide depth to the inner workings of your program. This is very important, so I’m going to give you some suggestions that are going to help you do this effectively and efficiently. There are two ways that you can make your name truly stand out. This can make all the difference for you. The first is using alliteration. As long as it doesn’t reduce the clarity of your message, alliteration can make your name stick out in the minds of those who read it or hear it. Of course, our goal is to land the sale right away. But some of your potential clients are going to have to think about whether or not they really want to sign up for your programs, products, or services. They may be particularly hesitant if it is a higher ticket program. By adding a small touch of alliteration, you make your name more memorable. The second is using a pun. You may be asking yourself: "Why puns?" Well, a pun can add a fun touch to an otherwise average name. Puns demonstrate a little bit of cleverness in addition to making your name more memorable. Long-Tail Keyword Domains: Why You Need Them

Why do you need a strong name? Names are essentially the text equivalent of a first impression. In other words: they can work for you, or they can work against you. How to Improve Your Client Journey
Think of your client journey as a parade. Some of your prospects are at the front of your parade and they’re ready for you, interested in whatever it is that you have to offer. More of your prospects will be in the middle of your parade, checking you out, curious as to what it is you do. Lastly, some of your prospects will be in the back, not sure if they’re ready to make the leap and sign up. They’re also going to be at similar spots on their journey. Some of the prospective clients that you run across will likely be at a place where they can only commit to a lower ticket offer. Then there will be some that can come in at a middle ticket and some that can come in at a higher ticket. Your job is to figure out where people are now, encouraging them along on their journey from your lower ticket items to your higher-priced offers. Help them where they are to get them to reach their desired outcomes. I want you to create courses that are tailored to your client journey. Make sure that every element that you are teaching at every tier price is moving people along. Each place your client arrives at is helping them along to your next offer. Do You Know Your Ideal Client Avatar?
I want to talk to you about the power of getting razor-sharp clarity on your ideal client avatar. A lot of coaches jump right in and start building their programs and offers without truly understanding what their prospective clients want or need. However, it’s important that you take the opportunity to focus on your ideal client while you’re developing, creating, and selling your offers. By doing so, each of your offers will solve a different problem for each of your clients. To be clear, your ideal client doesn’t change for your varying programs. That client will still have the same characteristics, the same exact demographics. That being said, that ideal client could be in many different places in their life or in their business. They’re looking at your offers and figuring out where your offer fits into their journey. They may take different routes or different paths, but they’ll all need access to certain information to solve their problem. Certain information that you can provide them. Your ideal client determines what they need, and then you give them the tools to succeed wherever they happen to be on their journey. Reverse Marketing: Does It Really Work?
Let’s talk about Reverse Marketing. Reverse marketing is where you do not need to hunt for prospects at all. You don’t have to cold call... You don’t have to bombard people with emails or texts... Instead, people come to you because you pique their interest. While traditional marketing focuses on finding the right set of customers and targeting them, reverse marketing focuses on the customer approaching the potential sellers who may be able to offer them a product. It revolves around building relationships and it’s based on the conversion equation. In other words, you show off your product or service and people can raise their hand if they’re interested.
