n this episode of the Mixing it up podcast I get to meet one of the best tattoo artists west Michigan has to offer. Garret Gosch. This was one of the best and most inspirational talks I have had yet on the show. In this episode Tony Kappo came by and we kick it with someone I have known for a few years now.  Zbo is one of the most consistent artists out there right now. His music is great and he has his own style. We talked about lists, his journey and what is next for him.  Zbo was someone I have wanted to sit down and chat with for a while so getting to do this was an honor.

We sat down with one of the dopest Mcs in Michigan-Joey Deuces. We talk about his journey, the infamous rapper list, and his love for comedy. After listening to this you will see why he deserves anything that comes his way. Deuces is an EDP artist and a super cool dude. So enjoy the episode. This is the first post covid podcast in person so I definitely had some rust to knock off but the improvements will happen after I get a few more under my belt. 

        Dubbed "The hardest-working drummer in West Michigan", Mike Schertenlieb, is a personal long time friend of mine. Mike performs in multiple bands including Flexadecibel, Biffy the beat Slayer, and Short Hair Domestics. Mike is as dedicated to his instrument as any musician I have met and is always trying to improve his craft.         Since meeting a decade ago Mike and I have shared the stage multiple times, and I have seen him perform on several other occasions. Mike and I have a lot in common and his hard work and desire for music is engaging.                   Mike and Flexadecibel have recently dropped a banger of a new album on 4/20/20.    Luckily I was able to get this last podcast before we started social distancing. When I figure out to do some high-quality Zoom/Discord podcasts I will be doing some that way until things get back to normal. Mixing it Up Episode 13, Premieres Saturday at 10am on all podcast platforms and on Youtube.       James is a Twitch streamer and runs (one of the locations ) of Crashmasters Computer, Phone, and Tablet Repair.  James was actually the person who built my computer that does most of everything that EDP does in the studio. James and I met when he was booking shows, a handful of years back, and at the time we were acquaintances but we have since cultivated a business relationship and now a friendship.              James has recently opened a brick and mortar location doing Computer, phone, and tablet repair. Adam is a fellow podcaster and runs the Bow Hunter Chronicles. Adam and I have been a friend for 20 years and he started his podcast about 2 years ago centered around his love for hunting.  Adam has been consistently working hard building his podcast and brand with a one by one approach.  Adam has recently started a Patreon and is working on building content around his hunts for his youtube channel.  In this episode, we go over topics things like building a brand, how to properly do a Patreon and finding balance in being a creator and life.   Adam and I have been collaborating on projects for the last few years and have helped each other in several areas of our businesses. E-WILL is a touring hip-hop artist.   E-Will's work ethic and consistency have shown major progress over the last 10 years. He just got off his first tour with a high profile video shoot with the backing of an independent label.   We discuss things like spamming DMS, getting out there as an artist and shaking hands and the approach you should take when it comes to releasing your music.  This is the first time I got to meet E-Will and we made a day out of doing a podcast and he spit some bars and we did an EDP bars video (out now). Katie Eklund (Horns & Halos) is a photographer, makeup artist, and set creator.    Katie's incredible photo work has exploded as of late, proving that creativity and high-quality work is a way to get you noticed.
