How does change take place in the systems of our world?  How about on a business level? What about personally?  These are questions we take on in this process.  We attempt to take a look at all sides of this process by addressing a news article from CNBC -Goldman Sachs asks in biotech research report: ‘Is curing patients a sustainable business model? As we explore we address the different view points and often are view of life is narrowed based on our role or responsibilities.  As we dive deeper, we see that many want to do the right moral action, but have become so normalized to how the world functions we become entangled ourselves. We bring it back to how to function "Moralized, Stabilized, and Normalized" effectively in a system with a mechanism to change, freeing us to be solid in our decisions without the hidden change of conformity.

In this episode, we go back to the basics of how to find and live from our true identity.  This is the first of four pillars we utilize for our mentorship program.  It is also the most vital element of a humans existence.  The conversation goes further into the importance of our name and where we obtain it.  We examine the lives of Daniel, Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego.  As we ventured into Chapter 1 we see the meanings of their name and how it also reflected in their character in which they lived.
