Welcome to KnoozRoom Series 1 Episode 2: Leila ma3 Leila (a night with Leila). The episode is a follow up to our interview with Civil War generation musician Munir Khauli who took us on a tour of Beiruti music history. Our piece with the young music sensation Mashrou3 Leila can be divided into three parts: First, sounds collected from an ML jam session intersperse a conversation about the band's music-making process. Second, Leila examines three of their most famous songs, revealing some of the stories and thoughts behind them. Finally, we follow Leila to a most mythical place.
