Aligning with Blueprint of Being
In each breath practice, we do the Minor Yogi Exercise. With this breath exercise, we call forth our perfect blueprint of being. In this episode, we explore more deeply what that blueprint is and how it harmonizes and clarifies all layers of our being. One is that we are all operating with certain frequencies running in the background, our Base Frequencies, that may or may not be creating our best self. Sacred Earth/Walking Meditation (Encore Presentation)

Receiving Blessings

Beauty as Nourishment
A very personal journey into my own shifts and changes. Of late, life has been quite challenging with shifts that have been quite unexpected and life-changing. As I have worked on my own stuff, I came to a place where my Inner Child was feeling quite afraid and alone. I’ve also had some difficulty breathing as I’ve navigated this rough water. After working on this Inner Child issue, my breath has restored. Then this morning I witnessed the most beautiful sunrise I’ve ever seen. This sunrise, seemingly for my eyes only, was deeply restorative and nourishing. Recognizing the nourishing qualities of the essential Beauty of the world, I am lifted and filled with peace. I realize I am not alone. You are not alone. Here’s the piece I wrote about Beauty as Nourishment that I read in the beginning of the episode. Beauty is a current, a flow, an essential food that fills us within so we can come to the outer world with fuel to transform our lives, or to simply meet the challenges of the day. Inner spiritual nourishment connects us to that which we are in our essential nature, the greater portion of who we truly are. When we source our Reality from this inner realm, that which is expressed and created is of a higher octave of Light.  We now begin to untether from inherited or contrived belief patterns and habitual thoughts, to know our own essential Self and our part we play in the whole. We begin to understand the true Nature of Oneness and that boundaries are not truly divisions but fluid features of consciousness that come and go. Recognizing this fluid nature of boundaries allows an us essential Freedom. Freedom within the Flows. Noticing and Amplifying Beauty as an essential nourishing energy or frequency creates a field for your consciousness to Soar. From this elevated vista, this stance in the energies, we begin to feel the presence of Harmony, Abundance, Peace, Joy, Love and all the higher octave energies. Using this as our foundation, our focus of consciousness, we begin to shift the way we hold our focus—using these flows as the foundational matrix of our Being. The Doorway of Beauty
We all know what Beauty is. We do not need it explained to us. We inherently recognize and embrace beauty. When we are in a difficult situation however, beauty can seem remote. Yet it is within us and available to us at all times. In this episode we explore the Doorway of Beauty that resides in the heart. Breathing in and out of the heart with our mind resting on beauty can bring a realigning of our awareness. This freshening of our awareness allows us to recognize more and more beauty all around us, even in a challenging of situation.  Using our focus on Beauty, we practice our sadhanna, imbuing our very cells with the Light of Beauty. Calm Abiding
This week, we have a soothing, peaceful practice of simply breathing, noticing our breath and practicing Calm Abiding. Also known as Shamatha in Buddhist practice, Calm Abiding is breathing and letting the mind calm, a cloudy lake that settles the mud to the bottom. We breathe, we notice. Our mind calms. From this still, quiet place we might engage with Insight meditation (Vipashana), receiving wisdom and insight from our deepest being. We also open to releasing anything that is no longer serving us. Blue Sky Mind

Cooling Breath/Water Blessings
A word from a listener: “I knew the cooling breath would be awesome. I was brought to ice cubes, snow cones and icebergs!  I almost had brain freeze!  Haha. Thanks for the new season!”   In these waning days of summer, we can become weary of the heat. Our bodies and minds are in need of cooling energy. Stillness
Gather your breath and yourself into the light of Stillness. We start with a gentle practice of breath awareness, opening space in the upper body.
