This week is a short one. Mind Sight is going to be a solo project from now on, with the occasional guest co-host. Unfortunately real life gets in the way when you're having to schedule with other people, so to remain more consistent, I'll be going at it lone wolf style. Anyhow, I hope you enjoy the ramblings about Bitcoin and Blockchains. Good stuff here, to establish a rough foundation to reference in future episodes.

Sorry for the inconsistent uploading. We're moving to a biweekly schedule, uploading on Sundays. Expect the next episode to be uploaded Sunday, April 16th, in the evening. In the stead of episodes, there will be more blog posts, video logs, and youtube videos.

This week, Blake is joined by an old, close friend, Matt. Join the discussion on how social media has completely changed the nature of the internet, surveillance, community, and more! As we were recording this, we were simultaneously interrupted by real life, about half way, and discord started shitting out (they had a service outage). We did our best to salvage the audio that was recorded, but you'll notice some gainy background noise and audio cut outs at certain points. Again, we're still stretching our legs and figuring out how to produce this show with our limited equipment and recording environment. As time goes on, you'll see jumps in the quality of the audio. In this first episode, Blake briefly explains the history of the problem reaction solution and speculates about the significance of this phenomena today. Amidst authoritarian regimes, ulterior motives, agendas, and limited democratic representation-how can we possibly see our way through this period of division and the breakdown of social trust?   This was our first actual go of things, and we learned a lot. I'm confident you'll find something you appreciate about this episode-although it is a bit rough. We appreciate your patience and look forward to improving this production with your support.
