It’s meant to tackle the hottest topics of self-care and help you take the best care of yourself. I want to help you get motivated, deal with stress, and enhance your relationships. Qualifications To begin I would like to introduce myself and explain why I am qualified to help you take the next step. I have 15 years of experience as a life coach, hypnotherapist and licensed mental health professional. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have been in full time private practice as lead therapist and director for the past 4 years.
