MPP135: The State v. Wally
Uh-oh – Mind Poison o’clock. 4:20 is taken, so I guess we’d be… 1:16 in the afternoon, how’s that sound? Can you convert numbers to times, or is that just for geniuses to figure out. Anyways, you can listen to this episode whenever you want. Or don’t – it’s a free country! (At least when I wrote this, who knows by now with the way things are going… Sheesh!) In this episode, the Boys of Mind Poison talk about their Elementary School Janitor, Pro Football Mascots, and Home Theater Setups. Mark has beef with Peacock, and Jesse issues an apology to Wally the Beer Man.

MPP134: Craft Vaccine
The 2020 flu vaccine was fine – a little disappointing because it’s one of my favorite seasonals. It paled in comparison to the 2018 batch (the one with formaldehyde bouquet). I’ve heard this new one is *just like the flu* so I’m giving it a shot (squirts some in the air from the vial and sniffs). Ooh, is that a little polysorbate-80 I smell in there? And notes of ethanol? Plus, I’ve been into oranges lately, so the citric acid monohydrate should be right up my alley. Bottom’s up! (Which would maybe even be a joke if you got vaxxed in the buttocks, but sounds like that’s not how it goes.)

MPP133: The Old Purple Hand
SPRING BREAK*! Get out your sandals, blow up those arm floaties and get ready to build a sick sand castle, ‘cuz it’s time to get away from that homework for a week and cut loose. Studies have shown (Spring Break Quarterly, Vol. 34 – 2019) that listening to Mind Poison will enhance everyone’s enjoyment of Spring Break, so turn on that bluetooth speaker and let the whole dang beach get in on the fun! Mark and Jesse celebrate this special Spring Break Spectacular by briefly mentioning it one time. Also in this episode: Tales of 1-900 numbers, the conclusion of Jesse’s Quest for a Pole, and an intense Breath Holding Contest! *if it’s even still going on, who the hell knows. Happy Easter!

MPP132: Mr. D-Pad
This week’s episode is brought to you by Lowell’s Poles. Got a flag and nowhere to hang it? Looking for a fun (and sensual) new way to exercise? Or maybe you need to vault something? Come on down to Lowell’s – he’s got the right pole for you! On this week’s show, your hosts with the most(s) talk about Daylight Savings Time and if They Are Psychopaths. Plus, they debut some sweet new tech. Mark is excited for July 2023, and Jesse is looking for a pole.

MPP131: So You Have Yourself A Lustful Eye
Happy Saint Patrick’s Day… don’t forget to wear green! Otherwise you will be ostracized by friends and family, and you don’t want that. I wish Mark and Jesse were swimming in green beer and rubbing 4 leaf clovers all over their bodies this week (that’s how you celebrate it, right?), but they’ve had a rough go of it as of late and plum forgot. Many apologies to anyone in the Mind Poison Universe who was ready for an Irish extravaganza. But not all is lost, as it’s a good one this week. The boys talk getting Lusty at the Movies, Stimulus Checks, and have another fine idea for the Mind Poison line of home products. Jesse doubts the existence of geniuses, and Mark loves vacuuming.

MPP130: A Peacock Man
It’s a tale as old as time – sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, and sometimes you’re sitting in a busted chair at work, trying to think of something clever to put in the dang show notes. Didn’t know this would be all autobiographical did you? If you’re in the market for an hour or so of Mind Poison, this right here will fit the bill. On this episode: Streaming Services (and getting mad at them), War Comedies, and More Inventions from the Mind Poison Kitchen. (Seriously though, the seat of this chair slopes downwards and you can’t change it – why would anyone want that?)

MPP129: The Podcaster Slap Challenge
Up until now, there was only one place for fun in your life. That’s right, the reigning champion of fun places, the Mall of America. And I get it – you can shop ‘til you drop, get shrimpin’ at the Bubba Gump Shrimpery, and ride a rollercoaster. Not just all in one day… all under one roof! But now, there’s a second place for fun in your life, a place that’s arguably even more fun… wherever you listen to Mind Poison! This one is Off The Charts Fun, I’ll tell you that. In this episode the boys discuss Fried Cheese foods and discover Professional Slap Fighting. Plus, Jesse recounts his birthday visit to the MOA, and Mark has Aaron Rodgers all figured out.

MPP128: The University of Dick Wolf
With all the division in the world today, wouldn’t it be great if we could all come together, united as one, look towards our shared future, and all listen to Mind Poison? We only get one shot at this, folks! On this episode, the Great Unifiers Mark and Jesse talk about Aura Colors, Being Alpha Kids, and The Dark Side of Personal Injury Law.

MPP127: The Dame Era
Rah Rah Sis Boom Bah – Go Team Go! Get to shaking those pom poms, because the Mind Poison Boys are coming down the tunnel, and the air in here is electric! In this episode, the Behemoths of Blabber (™) talk about Old News, Movie Candy, and more. Mark doesn’t like Smoky Trucks, and Jesse knows a disturbing amount about CBS all access. Gimme an M! (M) Gimmee an I! (I) Gimmee an N! (N) And so forth…

MPP126: There Should Be More Alans.
What’s up Mind Poison Universe? How about that Big Game – and how about those commercials! My sides and knees hurt from being split and slapped. And the ones that told us that these are hard times, but we’re all in this together, and the company is good because they reminded us of that fact? I got kind of emotional at those, I gotta say. Don’t wanna cry around the boys, but still… Anyways, hope you got some tasty apps in your belly and no one got food poisoning (or worse!) at the big party. Here we go, more Mind Poison coming at ya – Mark and Jesse present a barn burner this week as they discuss Click-Bait Ads, Police Sketches, and How Many Baseball Caps is Too Many. Happy Palentines Day, all you pals out there!

Just trying a thing here where we give our podcast episodes human names. Maybe they will become sentient and try to take over the world. Because that’s how the internet works, I’m pretty sure. Look out “The Illuminati” – here comes Tim! Although why does sentient machinery always lust for power? Why wouldn’t Skynet see that being kind to one another, and helping each other out is truly the way to go? No Heaven to look forward to, I guess. What can you look forward to though? Mark and Jesse talking about Found Furniture, Hollywood Hunks, and Petless People vs. Petted People.

MPP124: The Times Are the Times
Hello Friends! Welcome to the last Mind Poison of the Trump era. It was a Wild Ride, but all “good” things must come to an end, eh? (“Mr. Trump’s Wild Ride?” Did anyone ever do anything with that? I know the kids are freakin’ wild about Mr. Toad. Plus, that thing with Stormy Daniels and his genitals!) Regardless, the show must go on, and in this episode Mark and Jesse talk about Our Departing Leader, Hollywoodland, Overacting Teachers, and… Sorry, it’s tough to concentrate – I’ve got a neighbor’s dog going nuts over here. Enough to wake the dead! It’s gone on long enough that I’m like – “Is this person okay? Or doing something that requires complete concentration in a dog-less house for at least 10 minutes?” You think about what that could be… Some of us are trying to do Podcast Notes here, geez! Anyways, here’s another Mind Poison.

MPP123: Boy Eats World
Hey folks – it’s another week in paradise and Mind Poison is here to provide the soundtrack. Just play this one over and over and over again… you’ll feel so footloose and fancy free you won’t know what hit ya! This week, Mark and Jesse are talking about the big stories, the ones that affect you, the listener. Seriously, it’s like tailor-made for you this week. Also, we ask the big questions: Should you Feel Bad for Insurrectionists? And Does Take and Bake Need to Die?

MPP122: Rubbing is Racing
It’s another Mind Poison, coming at you fresh from last week, on the night of The Big News. Obviously, The Big News gets talked about. You’ve probably heard a lot of takes by now, but get ready for more with varying degrees of heat. You can’t avoid the Big News! Also here: Mark got a new computer, Jesse learns about VPNs, and the boys get into some bedroom talk (the mattress kind, not the sexy kind). Have at it folks!

MPP121: Double Thumbs-Up Cool
It’s 2021, but Mark and Jesse always party like it’s 1999. They may have celebrated a little too hard on NYE – there was a LOT of Seacrest to get through that night – and the result is a rambling hour of Mind Poison. They talk cars, NBA Jam, some resolutions, and a 2020 year in review, that is actually just a Smash Mouth year in review, that is actually just one thing that happened to Smash Mouth in 2020.

MPP120: Pounding Back A Dark One
We made it to the very last Mind Poison of 2020, and Mark and Jesse say goodbye to the year that was with a bang! And by “bang” we mean basically avoiding it – it’s hard to plan for special episodes, okay? And don’t even get me started on being busy around the Holidays – sheesh! Herein, you’ll hear Santa’s favorite helpers talk about Fishing, Disappointing People, and the War on Christmas. It’s not over yet, not by a long shot… Happy 2021, friends!

MPP119: Cam Solo
Heyy youuu guyyys! (Like in the Goonies, get it?!?!) Episode 2 of Mind Poison Project restart here. Mark and Jesse are back up to their old tricks again, talking about food and Ghost Adventures – they got a picture of a real ghost on this one, folks. And since we’re all in the mood for a little Holiday talk – Mark loves Christmas trains and Christmas villages, and Jesse is (still) a scrooge. Enjoy the Season!

MPP118: The Welcome Back
Don’t look now – Mind Poison is back! After a long and (questionably) deserved break, Mark and Jesse are back in the old recording room, serving up another heaping helping of Mind Poison. Answering the burning questions… Should you donate to Wikipedia? Should we feel bad for Rudy G.? Is Bill Gates programming bots to buy all the PS5s? Thanks for listening! Mind Poison Podcast

MPP117: In Defense Of The Time Capsule
It’s Mind Poison, comin’ at ya so fast that you won’t even see what hit you. Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee, or whatever boxing reference floats your boat. No boxing in this episode, though. The Boys do try to talk about the current events without getting too depressed… mixed results on that one. Jesse made it through his tornado siren scare, and Mark buys into the PS5 hype. They also talk about the future of the show. (Spoiler Alert – they’re taking a break.) MPP116: Garlic Reverb
Put the kids to bed, or at least plug their ears for seventy minutes, because the Bad Boys of Podcasting are here! Lots of cussing and backtalk and being rebellious overall. So get ready for Mark and Jesse. Oh, they know where the line is… but they have no problem crossing it. Bad Boys! Also, just saying the names of magicians qualifies as content, right?
