#055 *repeat repeat @ Bragg Jam
The latest episode of Mind Altered Podcast featuring Kristyn, Jared, and Andy of the band *repeat repeat! They were super fun to talk and put on an amazing show at Bragg Jam. I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve been playing their song “Girlfriend” on repeat repeat. (Hah, see what I did there? Yah, you do!). Listen in as we talk about horses, Lana Del Rey, and how the Kings of Leon and some pathological liar convinced the band to move to Nashville

#050 Reggae Royalty w/ J Boog & Jemere Morgan
I am so excited to bring you my interview this week with him and his longtime friend and fellow reggae artist Jemere Morgan. They were both kind enough to let me interview them while they were in Orlando Performing at the Social last week. Seeing them live really cemented J Boog’s Grammy nomination for me. It was a incredible show J Boog and his band shared the stage with Jemere and Jo Mersa Marley and his band the Trinity. And all three performances were fire.
