Chris Kelly - Nourish Balance Thrive
Those of you interested in health and performance will know this guest well. Christopher Kelly, co-founder of Nourish Balance Thrive, a health and lifestyle coaching platform, is also the host of the very successful podcast of the same name. On this podcast Chris and I discuss his personal health journey and what motivated him to start NBT. We get into some detail, including what his life looked like before he knew anything about health and the specific steps that got him headed in the right direction. We talk about bike racing and business and how both have evolved for Chris, as well as the habits he has built to maintain my current state of health and performance.
